We stayed at this hotel from Sept 23–29 with family and friends. Overall, the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of both the beach and the pool from the balcony. The Murphy bed was comfortable for the kids. Dining options included a buffet, Mexican, Italian, sushi bar, and sports bar. Reservations were fairly easy (from 8 AM daily), and the à la carte food was great. However, the buffet had limited variety, and the sushi there was disappointing. The pool, hot tub, and small waterslide kept the kids entertained. The beach was just steps away, which we loved. There was a kids club, but we didn’t use it much. Some activities had extra fees. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few things were frustrating: -Tips didn’t seem to be appreciated, I tipped $1 when getting a drink or even tipping $5 while ordering lunch for family, received no attention. It was only when my friend (perhaps by mistake) tipped $10 that the server suddenly gave our group lots of attention. Since we were on an all-inclusive plan, this level of service—despite the generous tipping—was disappointing. Many food and drink items came with unexpected extra charges. It was also quite inconvenient to have to hand over your room key and say your room number every time you ordered something. Rooms were clean and mostly quiet. But if you like nightlife, this place may feel a bit too quiet. Also, soundproofing wasn't great—noisy neighbors could be an issue.

I’m giving this place one star because it’s completely disrespectful. They didn’t allow my Uber to pick me up at the entrance and forced me to walk down the road at night in the rain. When I asked for an explanation, they just said it was “hotel policy”, but couldn’t show me anything in writing. It’s unbelievable that they would rather put their guests’ safety at risk than allow an Uber to enter simply because it’s not part of their taxi service. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Also the Food was horrible.

Everyone was very professional and accommodating. Can’t remember everyone’s name but pool staff in phase 2 excellent, sports bar awesome, restaurant also. We go there to escape and recharge. We know we are in safe hands. Only suggestion, put in a breakfast burrito station with your omelet station. Maybe a taco bar during lunch!!!

Everything was an extra charge. Food was not good and drinks were watered down. Staff was extremely nice untill you go to there timeshare presentation and don’t agree to sign up. After that when trying to make reservations I was told places were closed when they weren’t and was left on read when trying to book excursions.
