The food and service was amazing, everyone was super kind and helpful. The views from the room balcony were stunning! One issue we had that was a major oversight was the elevator. The doors do not seem to have a safety feature that would be necessary for a place advertised as family friendly. The doors closed while we were walking through and hit my fiancée quite hard and when I tried to get them to not continue closing on myself, I had to physically pry them open. They definitely could have hurt someone way more than the painful hit that my partner experienced. If that had happened to a child who knows what the outcome could have been. Very dangerous to have in service elevators with that kind of legal liability. My partner is still recovering from the bruise a day later. It was an unfortunate experience because everything else had been going very smoothly.

The entire staff were very nice. They very helpful and always greeted us with a cordial smile. The food was exceptionally good and the servers privided great service, especially the staff at the Ventanas restaurant with soecial mention to: Victor, Norberto, Carmen, Luis, Lino, to name a few.
