The swimup was cool experience but what i did not like is the neighbors come in front of our room swimup and make disturbing noise can’t even get rest after excursions also roach in lobby i need a half reimbursement on stay it was terrible food was horrible not even room temperature like terrible me n my fiancé will not stay here again and be sure to tell friends

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay however we booked a room with a “balcony” only to find that someone else’s balcony was directly in front of ours. No privacy to enjoy the view unfortunately. The other negative is the constant barrage from staff in the lobby to book massages or sign up for their membership. Every time shift changed you would have to decline over and over, it was a bit frustrating. Other than that…we would likely come back for another visit. Good and drinks were great.

The room, restaurant, pools, and all public and private areas were very clean and free from any contamination. The food was excellent and delicious and made from the best and freshest ingredients. The staff, crew, and waiters were very polite, kind, and smiling. The only annoying and annoying thing is that in the main restaurant of the hotel there was no air conditioning, air conditioner, or fan turned on to ventilate the air and bring cool, fresh air into the restaurant hall, so that sitting and eating in the hot weather was very annoying and uncomfortable. Even all the staff working in the restaurant were sweating all over their heads and faces and were constantly wiping their sweat with their hands and serving food with the same hands, which was very disgusting. They did not use paper towels to dry their sweat. We pointed this out to the restaurant management several times, but it had no effect.

Everything about our stay has been fantastic! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The Italian restaurant was a highlight—the linguine was, without a doubt, the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. The buffet is also a great option for a quick bite. The Asian restaurant was a bit disappointing, particularly the noodles, which were too hard to chew. That said, it’s wonderful that none of the restaurants require reservations, unlike other hotels I’ve heard about. The ocean view is stunning, though the water can be a bit smelly and filled with seaweed at times. Our room was spacious and came with a lovely balcony. Service throughout the hotel was 10/10. Every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return if we visit Cancun again.

Excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. The food was definitely the highlight of my stay full of flavour and just the right amount of spice. While the rooms are a little outdated and could use some upgrades, the beds were very comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep.
