The room was cleaned twice daily, ensuring a consistently tidy environment. The food was excellent, providing a satisfying dining experience. The pools, beach, and various amenities offered a wide range of activities. It was wonderful to escape the ice storm and enjoy the beautiful weather. The view from the room was truly fantastic, offering a clear sight of both the ocean and the inlet.

We chose the Master Suite Ocean View.... the problem was that it was NOT ocean view.... it was lagoon view, as in, the opposite end of the building facing west. When I called the front desk, the response was "you didn't read the fine print" but for $100 more per day, he would move us to the ocean end of the property. Needless to say, this was a bait-and-switch, in my opinion. Super disappointing. However, the rest of the stay was great. The restaurants were great, the staff was good, and there was entertainment most days at the pool and in the evenings in the bar. I would have to say that the drinks were weak, but by ordering a shot, you could solve that problem. We were sure to bring lots of $1 bills for tips for drinks and at the coffee bar. We would return, but will verify room status.

10/10!! I had a wonderful stay for my birthday. From the beautiful view to the amazing staff. I highly recommend booking preferred because the lounge and twelfth floor private access was the best! Room service and buffet was also great, no complaints there. Special shoutout to “Pablo” a staff member at the steak house on the 12th floor, he made us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend asking for him as your waiter if you get the opportunity to visit this beautiful place. I will definitely be back soon!

"We just returned from an absolutely incredible trip to Secrets The Vine in Cancún — celebrating my birthday AND our wedding anniversary in the most magical way possible! Saying we had a 'great time' doesn't even begin to cover it! The property is stunning: sleek, modern luxury with breathtaking ocean and lagoon views from every angle. Our room felt like pure heaven — spacious, elegant, and impossibly relaxing. We indulged in an amazing bubbles tasting (the wine focus here is next-level!), savored some of the most delicious food we've ever had at an all-inclusive (multiple standout restaurants!), and danced the night away every single evening — the entertainment was top-tier and so much fun. As a total foodie who lives for dancing, this place was tailor-made for us. We would've taken way more pics, but honestly, we were having too much fun just living in the moment — soaking it all up without the phone getting in the way! We're back home safely now, glowing with a perfect sunkissed tan and a heart full of new, unforgettable memories to cherish for years to come. A huge shoutout to the amazing General Manager and the entire staff — they truly treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our special celebrations exceed every expectation. Our entire trip was amazing. From the time we landed our trip was nothing less than spectacular. Upon arrival, our Amstar transportation was waiting to great us. Once we arrived at Selects The Vine hotel, we were greeted with cool towels and Champagne. From the bellman to the attendant who took our bags to our room we were treated like royalty. The Secrets resort was EPIC. As our rooms were being prepared, we were escorted to the Marketplace restaurant. The food was tasty and delicious. Endless choices and the food was seasoned to perfection. The room which accommodates 2 ppl was spacious, clean and meet our needs. Since it was our birthday days we had chocolate and a happy birthday banner affixed to our doors. Once we got settled then toured the resort. Staff treated us like family tue entire time.
