We like the hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful, special attention to Sebastian! The room we stayed in is very comfortable and large. The pools are good, as much as we stayed little in them, because we prefer the sea ( WONDERFUL). Beach service is very good! Food is good, but nothing exceptional. Many restaurant options. The drinks are very good, with a good variety of drinks. We have a suggestion: limit the number of towels to guests. There are many rude people who remove a lot of towels, reserve chairs on the beach and in the pools, show up a little on site and leave the towels and leave. This hinders the use by other guests, in addition it is a very large consumption of water, soap and energy, we consider it very harmful to the environment!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property itself is beautiful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—especially the management team. A special shout-out to Carson at the Preferred Club (24th floor), who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Carson was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Thanks to the outstanding service and warm hospitality, this has become one of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommended!
