Staff was super friendly, the room was super clean, and the beach view was fantastic. Only thing is that we received a dessert treat in the room and it had some mold on it. I also had the sushi and gotten a stomach virus for 48 hours. Other than that, we had an amazing time.

The good: -Hotel is beautiful and well maintained -Staff is very helpful and they always have a smile on. -Room service is great, we ordered breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing. -Pool/beach menu is better than lunch at other restaurants and you do have to dress up for it. -The spa is a MUST! We got the hydrotherapy and couples massage and it’s 100% worthy! -Security in the hotel it’s on point, you always feel safe there. The bad: -You always get offered extra things for extra charge, they are everywhere you go, a little too much when all you want to do is relax and enjoy your all inclusive. - We visited the statehouse and we had to wait 2.5 hrs for a table for two because we didn’t want to buy a $120 bottle of wine. If you buy the bottle you get immediate seating, I thought we were in an All- Inclusive, duh!

Rooms are amazing. Service was great in nearly all areas of the property. Biggest complaints are that there are no reservations at the restaurants which leave people waiting for dinner for 2 hrs. Also quality of alcohol was subpar. I can’t remember any other resort where most drinks were bad and not even drinkable.
