"The room was clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. However, the activities for kids were limited. The water park was amazing but kids club seemed more suitable for very young children, and my kids didn’t really enjoy them. The GameUp was also quite expensive — $15 for 30 minutes. The pools were good overall, but the water in one of them was not very clear. I really liked the breakfast. Lunch was okay, and for dinner I especially enjoyed the steakhouse restaurant. Overall, it’s a good place for families with children. As Expedia clients, we had access to a special section in the Gourmet restaurant, but we never used it because it was very dark. We were also given a $300 credit as Expedia guests, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it. Every time I tried to use it, they offered other promotions instead."

"This was our second visit to the property since the renovation and rebrand and we once again had a truly excellent vacation. Team members were all professional and welcoming. The food and beverage selection well exceeded our expectations; our room (complete with Frette linens and Byredo amenities) was perfectly clean with a lovely sea view; and the pool and grounds were beautifully maintained.
