We absolutely loved everything about this resort! The only area I think could be improved is the food quality. At the steakhouse, both the steaks and lobsters were unfortunately overcooked, which made them inedible. I completely understand that meals are included as part of the stay, but it would be wonderful to see a better balance between meeting the high demand and ensuring food is cooked properly so it doesn’t go to waste. Improving this would make an already great experience even better.

A great stay

This was an amazing stay. The staff were super friendly, everything was very nice and clean, and the food was even surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort. I would definitely go back if I were to return to Cancun.

Hotel was just ok. Room was beautiful and clean but there were limited healthy food options. Restaurants had no reservations ability for dinner, so wait time was annoying. The buffet was not good. Mostly fried food. Again, very limited healthy choices. The gym was the size of a walk in closet, so was super crowded. Too small for the size of the hotel. But the beach was beautiful and not too much seaweed. The entertainment was decent. The “free” transportation from and to airport was a scam. Had to wait for over an hour when I arrived in Cancun to go to hotel. The 3rd party transportation company (Destination Service) spammed me with messages about confirming my return transportation within 24 hours of arrival. Then when I did confirm, they pushed excursion sales. I didn’t buy any. The return transportation time was not provided until the day before departure. They wanted me to leave 5 hours before flight. The airport is 20 minutes away and there is no construction anymore. The whole thing was a scam for excursion sales. I took an uber instead back to airport, 2 hours before flight, and still had to wait at airport for 90 minutes. There was no reason to leave 5 hours before flight!! Just be honest with people.

El servicio de transporte fue terrible desde el inicio, tuve que esperar más de 1 hora en el aeropuerto. Y el de regreso querían buscarme con más de 5 horas de anticipación a mi vuelo. No me dieron más alternativas y me tuve que ir en uber. Adicionalmente otra reserva del transporte dejo esperando a otros huéspedes q estaban en nuestra misma reserva y también se tuvieron que ir en uber. Llamamos a la compañía pero no atendieron
