Overall enjoyed our stay. Very clean property with staff constantly cleaning all times of the day. I liked how our room was cleaned multiple times a day. The proximity to the beach is nice and the beach is beautiful. The activities were really fun especially around the pool area. I don’t really like that they close the pool in the evening, but I understand that’s part of the cleaning procedure. Transportation to the Riu parties at caribe were convenient and the parties are very lively. I wish there was karaoke! I feel like that would be a really good activity to add, maybe even just showing videos to sing along on the Riu stage. We loved the big buffet area, a convenient area to reconvene with everyone in the party. Lots of variety and healthy options available like fresh fruit. The restaurants are very beautiful inside and I like how they are all colocated in the same area. The food is okay, our favorite was Krystal, the octopus main dish is a stand out for us. We would come back again :)

Being my first time at Cancun I can definitely see myself back at Riu Kukulkan. The service was outstanding. The pool was great lots of activities, the all inclusive feel was wonderful. Great outing for my fiance birthday party with family.

This was our first time booking at Riu Hotel. It was incredible amazing from the arrival to check out. Transportation from and to the airport they made it so easy for us. Beach was kept clean, bar service was amazing, rooms nice and well kept clean. Jose was the best bartender. Marifer at desk very nice! Recommend 10/10

Rooms located on main road noisy. Food was very average. Hotel decided to do maintenance to room during afternoon siesta. Loud grinding and pounding went on for hours. Will not be back

We are a big riu hotel travelers but this one was not much to our liking. The food was not great and the pool bars were not so good. There are much better riu’s hotels in Cancun.

The staff was very friendly. Always making sure you had drinks while at the pool and on the beach. Beach staff works quickly to set up beach chairs and umbrellas. Good restaurant variety and there is always entertainment. This was my second time staying here and it was even better than the first time. I will be back!

This property was amazing! Excellent service all around the resort from all of the staff. Tons of very yummy restaurants and we ate at them all. Beautiful beaches, clean and very nice rooms. This entire place has been by FAR our favorite resort and will definitely be back soon.
