I can’t say enough how much my fiancé and I enjoyed our stay. The food was better than what you would expect from an all inclusive with a great variety of options. I will be missing my omelette and cappuccino I had every morning. The staff was amazing, amazing bartenders, waiters, and entertainment staff. I wish they offered some more activities/amenities, but otherwise all was well.

Very clean resort. Wonderful upkeep in rooms public spaces and grounds. We didn’t find the basic tropical drinks like margaritas and daiquiris to taste anything like they do in the states. And it would be nice if they offered seltzers or other beers we have in the states. Food was good and we loved all the fresh fruit available for all meals. Overall experience was great and we would definitely recommend this resort.

The food sucked. The reviews have to be AI. They als charged us for a stain on the sheet of $300. It was a tiny spot so don’t spill anything lol. The service was just ok and honestly the hotel itself was just basic.

Everything was kept very clean at all times! Staff was extremely friendly:) We loved the smaller size of this resort & our oceanfront room. The food in the buffet & in the restaurants was amazing; shrimp tacos in the Mexican restaurant were one of my favorites!

Staff is very friendly no complaints about it, room is good, alcoholic beverages are water down, strawberry daiquiri, mango drink and Caribbean passion the ice is not blended well, lots of ice chunks, breakfast and lunch is the same menus everyday in the buffet which is the only open and the food is not that great at all for an inclusive resort. Adult only hotel but not that much activities at night.

The property was so beautiful overall , however the food was horrible & so was the customer service. The only staff I can give a shoutout to is Nacho , he enjoyed his job was very helpful & attentive. I cannot speak for everyone else , they weren’t welcoming at all it was almost like you had to show you had a tip in your hand in order to get good service which is backwards to me because that performative service. You had to call more than 3 times for towels , when the towels did come they had stains in them , we did have a cover the first night so our room was not cleaned all the way , no new roles , no nee tissues it was a mess. Room was beautiful i enjoyed my room & i enjoy how the beach , shopping & other places are so close. Perfect location they just need to retrain their staff.
