My front clerk was rude. However, other front clerks were attentive. Amazing housekeeping and cleaning staff on the resort! It’s spotless. Mediocre food even in the high end restaurants. We had elite, got top shelf alcohol. Be sure to take 1s & 5s to tip!!! It goes a long way. Pepe’s food was basic and the same thing every day and the staff there weren’t friendly and were pouting the entire time. The breakfast buffet was the best part for me!! All of the servers there were absolutely amazing. The lunch and dinner had a large selection, but was still OK. This is not a party hotel. You will need to take a taxi to the other party events or other excursions. The 850 credit doesn’t go towards one service it’s split amongst the other services so you’re basically paying for everything anyway. We did not even use it. The rock show was super cool, I loved it. Bell hoppers were great as well! Room service was quick but it isn’t available 24.7 and it had a small selection. I probably wouldn’t return here, but stay wasn’t horrible I’ll experience other resorts next time! View was unbelievable ! I had the ocean front top floor. Best part of my stay was the waiting staff, without them my stay wouldn’t be as enjoyable..

I will start with saying the beach was absolutely gorgeous. It was the best beach I’ve been to! The food was meh ….. the beds were horrific. They were out of Queen/king beds so they gave my husband and I 2 twin beds …. We love to be close and barely get to see each other with his job so we love to sleep together. The sleeping was the worst part! And the food was OK! Ofc a more luxury resort will have better food, but we kind of regret not spending more on a resort where we actually felt excited to go to dinner! That staff were very kind and like I said, the beach was 10/10.

The cleaniness of the resort was top tier. The food choices excellent. The beach was clean. The nightly entertainment made it so you didn't have to leave if you didn't want to. The staff was very pleasant and if you asked for something very responsive.

We come to Cancun a few times a year. Chose this resort because it was new. Beds/pillows were terrible- and service was the worst we’ve ever had at any resort. Servers/staff did not seem happy, especially bartenders. Pools are small, and the temps were off. Food was mid. Our friendliest waitress was Ana in the buffet every morning. Without her service- this would have gotten 0 stars. We had this trip booked for months, and when we arrived they tried putting us in 2 double beds with no upgrade option. The whole thing from start to finish was terrible. Save your money & go somewhere else.
