The beach was clean. The rooms were clean. Some staff was rude some nice. The restaurants were never available for a reservation our entire stay so got stuck at the buffet and the food was okay 4/10. The desserts were gross. Room service had minimal options, a pizza or salad and chicken wrap with chips. If you didn’t get up before 8 and claim a chair at the pool you wouldn’t be able to sit pool side. The nightly entertainment was good. Different things to do. The elevators are EXTREMELY slow and one was broken my entire stay so if you don’t mind waiting over 10 minutes then your fine. Only thing I really enjoyed was not seeing a bunch of kids. Other than that I’d probably check out a different adult all inclusive.

Overall my stay here was pretty good. The resort itself was a 9/10. A few things they need to work on to maximize the resort full potential. 1. They need to work on the elevators wait time. I’ve waited over 7 min just to get the elevator from the 5 floor to the second floor. The stairs will only take you from the first floor to the third and you have to rely on the elevator to access the remaining floors. There was 2 elevator that was always out of srvc. A lot of people were unhappy with that. When you did manage to get an elevator, it’s normally very packed and you have to squeeze in with a crowed of people. Secondly, they have to really reconsider this whole “saving the planet” by going straw-less. There is no straw and when you order a frozen drink like piña colada or Miami vice, it’s very hard to drink it. On top of that, it’s not so pleasant putting your mouth in the same cup as hundreds and thousands of people without a straw. As much as it may be “washed”, it’s still not appealing for a commercial resort to force its customers to drink from the same cup being used by thousands without a straw. They also need to work on their activities. I felt like they did the bare minimum when it came to activities. They don’t work hard enough to get the crowed engaged in activities and their shows are very mediocre. Shows are not engaging and can be very boring. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Food was 5.5/10. Room was nice and clean and service was very good. 8.5 overall

The resort is nice and well kept; staff is great; but it is a hotel that has most of its services at different levels in the hotel itself…it is not spread out like most other resorts; therefore, elevators should be top notch…they are not. Elevators are a problem; sometimes it takes forever to get on them. Food options are basically hotdogs, hamburgers, nachos, and the like….no seafood whatsoever. If I had to grade the place I would give it a B-
