the only 1 and i repeat one thing that i would change if i was them is the mattresses . they are extremely hard . but this place was phenomenal . if your a drinker like me then you will be too drunk to realize it anyway :)

The customer service throughout our entire stay was excellent. Specifically our beach waiter Abraham. He was pleasant, very attentive, had great suggestions for different drink and food options, and seemed like genuinely kind person. We also had great service and attentiveness in the pool area from Sergio, Magaly and Gustavo who made sure to accommodate us and our belongings in the sitting area of the pool when asked. Amazing food! The staff were always cleaning something, it was spotless! They were attentive to our every need, and went out of their way to help with any request! The rooms were the only downside as the beds were uncomfortable, the walls weren’t soundproof, and the shower was not a consistent temperature. Overall a really great experience though! Would recommend if you’re wanting a smaller resort with less crowds and great staff!

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. It wasn’t overcrowded and the workers were very nice. The food could have been a little better but “El Patio” was amazing. The chicken enchiladas and Aztec soup were delicious and recommend you try them! Selene showed us around the resort and was there for us when we needed help. The resort was clean as well.

it was ok. staff very rigid. we got an unnecessary bill for $200 at the end for “smoking in the room” which we did not smoke. they didn’t even give us a warning. we left very upset. will never return here and we do not recommend

One of the restaurants has a hibachi option (reservation only) that was by far the best food I had at the resort. The rest of the food was good but this experience was fun and delicious and I would recommend it to anyone staying at Dreams Sands. The swim up bar pool was amazing (thought it would be adult only but it was still great). Overall this property was clean, every member of staff was welcoming and the room was extremely nice. Would recommend for adults or families.
