Food very good. Beach sand fabulous. Staff wonderful. Rooms slightly dated regarding lamps and outlets for plugging in phones etc. would definitely come back.

Room was just amazing and the view was spectacular, staff was just as amazing, especially mr Sebastian who accomadeted us at the last minute for stake dinner. We will definitely revisit next year.

The entire place was spotless clean. Not even kidding. Best food I have ever experienced at an all-inclusive period. Room and maid service was perfect. I have stayed at 7 other places in Cancun, no place compares to this. Will be back ASAP. But the food is next level.

Came here for my wife birthday. We had a wonderful time. What stood out was the staff everyone was excellent and accommodated our needs. The food was top tier very delicious.

The beach are beautiful, especially I liked warm shower on the beach. The food was tasty and it was a lot of variety. All the stuff are very friendly. Good option with RIU Party out from hotel.

I enjoyed my stay! The property is beautiful amenities are great and my room was spacious. The food was 85% solid. We went for our baby moon and stayed on the property. I selected it because of the reviews and food options. I was pleasantly surprised they had activities daily and we joined a few of them my favorite was the silent disco.

Absolute disaster of a trip. And I wish I didnt have to write this. First off we had roaches in our first room. They asked if we could just stay in that room till the next day. Which I declined as I didnt want my bags infested. We had to move rooms 3 times before we settled in which wasted a whole day of our trip. Then we had issues with our room being cleaned. People came into our room after cleaning it and stole from us. We know this because we were in the room when we requested them not to clean as we had just got there. They cleaned the bathroom and we felt safe enough to leave money and jewelry out thinking they wouldn't come.We left at 630 pm. We went and had dinner, drinks and arrived to realize another person had entered our room, made the beds, took and replaced the towels we had just used to shower with after having the cleaning lady in our room, and took almost 200 american dollars ( 3450 pesos) from our table. We left it there thinking they wouldn't be back since we leave tomorrow. So this was the last straw. Not only did we have roaches in our room but they came to our room 3 times in 1 day to "clean" when in fact our stuff was stolen. I dont expect this review to amount to anything but im fustrated and absolutely baffled someone would come after we left at 6pm to "clean" our room after it had already been cleaned. We will never stay in another rui hotel. We tipped 200 pesos every drinks every meal and we still were stolen from
