The al inclusive food service it’s very restricted. A la carte Mexican restaurant its very limited for all inclusive package. you have to pay for almost all the food in the menu.

Room super clean. The Staff súper courteous as always. However, was only one elevator working our entire stay (5 days) and were times that we had to take the stairs instead (our room was at the 7 floor) our last day was several people checking out and using that one elevator that out of the sudden it stop working and had to take the stairs. Fortunately, one of the staff members let us take the service elevator while he was taking care of the non working elevator.

To expensive for terrible facilities and junk food. I expend the money in others Resorts 5 stars with impeccable facilities and hundreds options of food in many differents restaurants and drinks. Krystal: we have to pay for “special dishes and drinks” also, the coffee shop. In others we have everything for the same price. Krystal is a junk: horrible in every aspect, except the staff.

We changed rooms because on the far side we heard too much music from the club. We paid a smaller fee the upgrade, but staff was super accommodating and the room was always cleaned everyday. Everyone was smiling and very nice. Would definitely come again!

The room was big enough and always clean. Staff was courteous except when trying to make us have this vip breakfast which we know is a hook to make you invest in something. They are too insisting.

The good: the view anf the ocean! As all hotels on the zone have great beach and views. The food was good, not great not terrible. The resort itself is clean, and staff are friendly (like most hotels), great wifi.. The bad: no dining, food or drink options past 10:45! All bars close at 6pm and the lobby bar closes at 10:45. We have been to many resorts and have never ever experienced this. The mini fridge is not stocked with alcohol either. They say the reason for the 10:45 closure and no stocking of alcohol is because they are a "family resort"!?? Every resort ive been to is a family resort?? They say to order room service ,but its 5$US everytime, and its maximum 2 beers at a time! They also have zero entertainment on site. No shows, no music ,no live entertainment. So if you want a very boring resort, this would be it. To top it off, they want eveyone in bed by 10:45, but their next door neighbors (mandalay beach resort and coco bongo) blasts music on the beach until 5am. So for them to want everyone in bed early and not be able to actually go to bed cause the music is so loud, makes it very confusing . If you do book here ,do yourself a favour and book the tower farthest from the coco bongo

We got there and the Concierge had no clue about the reservations..staff was not the friendliest i had never had this experience anywhere else...they only had one elevator working and never got fixed...and the one working only fit 6 people...i will definately not go back...food was ok🙂
