Get away from this hotel Saved 200 to sleep in a room full of humidity and construction noise all day. The place smells like swamp water the bathroom water is yellow and the bed and pillows are terrible. Even the ice tastes like sink water. The all inclusive is a joke the cheapest most tasteless food I have ever seen. To make it worse on my first night after drinking one beer a group of so called tourist police stopped me saying I was drunk. I had literally just arrived wasn’t drunk at all and ended up in a police station for 3 hours until I paid them 500 to get out. This hotel and the whole experience were a complete disaster. Never going back to Cancun and definitely never stay at this one star hotel.

We had a party of 12 all staying at the hotel. All but one couple had to change rooms. Loud music untill the very late hours. AC went out in two of the rooms in the middle of the night. The staff was helpful and friendly but the entire experience overall was a nightmare.

The photos were not the actual room. This is a very old outdated hotel that needs renovations badly. I chose a beach view and sadly I got an angled beach view with the other hangke being rooftops. ! I will never stay at this hotel again. Be very careful for what you pay for.

We stayed at Crystal Inn Resort and unfortunately our experience ended on a very disappointing note. On our last day, when we were trying to get ready and enjoy our final moments, the entire room lost both power and water. This lasted until around 6pm, which completely ruined the day we had hoped to make memorable. No lights, no running water, no ability to shower or prepare for the evening, it was extremely frustrating. For a resort that markets itself as a relaxing getaway, this was unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to be aware of this before booking.

The breakfast buffet was very good, walking distance to nightlife specially coco bongo, It was a very good follow up regarding an issue with my room, the personal super nice and welcoming, the only thing I can point out they where trying to give us a “conference” in order to advertise the hotel and give us discounts if we hear the conference, they where very pushy with that and was a little bit annoying. But above all great hotel thank you so much.
