"The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet expectations. Common areas, including tables, were not well maintained, and the elevators were out of service when we arrived, which was inconvenient. In the room, the TV reception was poor and required some improvising to function properly. The beds were quite firm, and the pillows were very flat, making it difficult to get comfortable. We also found that basic amenities like shampoo were missing from the shower. To their credit, management did try to make things right by providing 15,000 Hilton points, which was appreciated. However, due to the overall experience, I would likely choose a different location for future stays."
