"I thought I was suppose to have a room with a view, but that was a lie and I payed more for that. My room was very tiny. The closet and bathroom door was hard to close. No hot water in the shower or sink. It took 10 minutes to get hot water. No instructions of where to find the ice machine. The tv are ancient and should be upgraded to have the ability to cromcast to watch an app. The internet was terrible. Never worked properly. I had to use my data."

"Convenient location between Port Authority Bus Terminal and Penn Station. Near all the major subway lines, lots of easy food and Time Square. Downside was that open front seating area attracted homeless. Main door didn't work entire week and elevators were a huge bottleneck and delay. Housekeeping staff made this much worse by propping elevator doors open continuously. They also knocked on door to do housekeeping early in the day when a "Do Not Disturb" sign was out. Net-net functional with no real sense of customer care. Oh well, it's a Holiday Inn at a good price. What should one expect?"
