Hotel is in a great area, you can walk to Rockefeller Center and Time Square. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the elevator situation. There are 2 elevators and 1 was down and not operational. The 1 elevator that was "working" was constantly breaking down and needed to be reset. We often waited for 15+ min for an elevator and at one point we walked 10 flights of stairs to get to our floor because the elevator was taking over 20 min to be reset and start working again.

The staff is awesome!!! Everyone is sooo friendly and courteous. The room is spacious and clean. The price is affordable. The location is very close to Time Square, Broadway and other attractions in New York city.

Great staff and they offered free hot apple cider. We were a family of four and create a lot of trash so we would take our trash down every other day or so. We also don’t like folks to tidy our space, but we were able to grab new towels and have the old ones picked up. The cafe’s food was good as well. We didn’t know about the ability to be picked up and dropped off at the airport. Be sure to ask them about it.

The room was nice and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The location was convenient for walking to local clubs and theaters and we found nice restaurants nearby. The only problem was there was problems with one of the elevators and it created a bit of a wait sometimes to and from the room. We understood and had a great time there.

The room was very clean. We had trouble communicating with housekeeping when they knocked on the door. We needed a few extra minutes, but they had no idea what we were saying. One of the elevators was out of service so that made waits for the other one long. Overall, it was a nice stay and a quiet room for the Times Square area. Clean room and comfortable bed.

First of all, the hotel... Honestly, my room wasn't clean. There was an unpleasant smell. Besides that, the hotel had problems with the elevators, so I had to walk down the stairs. On top of that, they charged me extra money, saying I was going to make a deposit, but they didn't return it. They only gave me back $100 of the $300 I left. They didn't bring me water to the room, and they didn't provide clean towels. The hotel was a complete failure.

Staff was so kind, went for a birthday trip and they sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne. Bar was dead, but the food was great. The only down side was how hot it was in the hallway, was going to have a heat stroke waiting for the elevator
