Room was clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast options. Bad elevator experience. Only two were working for a 40 floor building. We were on 29 floor and elevator would just pass by us going down because it was full. We would have to go up to go down.

It was great! I booked a last minute visit to New York and they were very accommodating. Nice staff, good breakfast, good location we were in walking distance from a lot of places. Only thing I would mention was that the bed was pretty uncomfortable; other than that a really nice stay!
