Had a lovely time celebrating a monumental birthday for my mom. We had two connecting rooms. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and ample seating. It does get busy around 7:30-8:30 so plan accordingly. The hotel concierge was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. The location is prime especially if you want easy access to Times Square. If you're an Elite member, you get two free waters a day/per room. We also were able to book a private shuttle from the hotel to EWR with ease! I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and were able to answer quick questions to help with our stay in NY. The breakfast options were top notch and delicious(Eggs, cereals, bacon, fruits, sausages, yogurt, waffles, raspberries etc.). Everything was laid out really nicely. I was especially q fam of the drink options from the coffee to swiss miss and the juices. Apple and Orange. The room was nice and cozy. I personally prefer carpeted floors for a hotel experience and it was nice and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The mini fridge in the room came in handy to store leftover food. There is also a microwave in the breakfast area that we used to warm up late night snacks. The only minor issue was that after taking a shower there was a slight build up of water outside of the glass. It seems the seal may not be fully doing its job. It wasnt alot but definitely noticeable. On checkout while waiting for our lyft driver we were given breakfast bags as we had an early checkout. That was a really nice touch. Kudos. All in all. My experience was excellent and I'd love to stay again.

Unfortunately when we were sent to the room, it was not ready, dirty not suitable to stay. But the front desk rapidly gave us a new room that was prepared and gave us 25% discount total of the stay. The room was small and the bathroom too. But the location and breakfast was great.

Breakfast was terrible, not tasty and either burnt and cold or just cold. Part of the reason we stayed here was the breakfast, total waste of money. Room was more a large closet than a room. The pull out had no support so the flat item we’ll call a mattress sink to the floor. Bar tender left us sitting at a table for almost two hours and never offered a refill or asked if we might want any thing else. Then practically chased us down when we were throwing away our trash, god forbid we forget to pay for a soda when we paid 700 a night for a closet.
