Flight was delayed but overall good wifi, good movies, really nice staff.
Everything was excellent.
Everything was done in a calm and relaxed way.
I didn't have a seat assignment, but the staff looked at me (6'4" ) and set me up with an Economy Plus seat where I could comfortably do my work. Really appreciated that!
Yes, I've flown United for years and it's always been a pleasure except for one time.
Yes. The WiFi “sucked big time”. I put in for a refund of the 19 bucks they charged me.
Coming back was way better.
Have not flown AA for a long time. I enjoyed every moment and was traveling with a 5 year old.
