From day 1 service was outstanding, checking was fast and easy, every employee encounter was polite and happy to be working, the ladies out cleaning the room so accommodating and pleasant we got fast our baby crib also been winter rooms wasn’t cool enough for my liking so they provided a fan for us , definitely coming back , water pressure great hot steaming water to shower. At check out was fast and easy big thank you to Akadq and Danus so friendly Top 10 stars to Akadq for her fantastic Service going above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but exceptional, Rafael at the door entrance wow so good at his job. So please give them a try before judging My family experience was one of the best we ever had .

We arrived on time having travelled straight to the hotel after landing at the airport and were told no rooms were available. 2 hours when we later given a room. The check in staff gave no instructions how to operate the lifts, how breakfast worked etc. we were so tired at this point we just wanted to get to bed. After 2 days we discovered there was a $35 dollar a day credit that could be used at Starbucks etc but use it or lose it. So we lost 2 days of that. Lifts are a nightmare, you wait forever on your floor for a lift only for a lift to appear and it’s full of people with no room left. We were on the 43rd floor so to walk down would be exhausting. On check out, I was told there was nothing to pay only to find a $300 charge to my card! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SHERATON TIMES SQUARE.

Good features and cleaning. My only complaint is the shower glass that was leaking water onto the floor next to the toilet, even though it was closed. Probably a maintenance issue.

1st room was terrible. Michelle at the front desk made it right for us. She deserves 5 stars. Hotel needs an upgrade really bad. The elevator lobby was being worked on and it was a major inconvenience!!

I must say the hotel was very clean, but unfortunately, our overall experience was a major disappointment. On the day we arrived, the 2-bed room we had reserved was not available, forcing three of us to sleep in one bed. They promised to call us the next day to resolve it, but they never did. We had to go down to the front desk ourselves to finally get moved to a 2-bed room. Be aware that their 'double beds' are quite narrow, making it really difficult for two people to fit comfortably. To compensate for the first day's room mix-up, they gave us a 2-day breakfast voucher. However, the breakfast line was so incredibly long that we didn't even use it. If you're planning to pay for breakfast, skip the hotel and eat somewhere outside—it's much faster and you get to explore the area. Additionally, simply getting to our room was a hassle. The lines for the elevators were constantly long, not all the call buttons were working, and we happened to be there during a renovation period, which made the already slow process even worse. While I appreciate the cleanliness, given all these organizational issues and inconveniences, we definitely will not be staying here again.
