Soooo much was awful! First, we had to wait in line at least 20 min to check in. Then it was too early to check in so we had to stand in another line for 45 min to find out they charge $6 per each piece of luggage for them to hold it in their hotel! We were assured we’d be very close to our parents’ room and we were 10 floors apart. Then we’re never told there’s a $35 room credit per day. Another guest told us as we’re only about to take advantage once for coffee and juice. Our tub wouldn’t drain, our shower curtain had mildew Across the bottom and we saw a roach crawling around the floor. Absolutely felt like cattle. The staff was not accommodating even with all the issues. I’d never, ever stay at this property. Period. Corporate! Wake up!

The Sheraton Hotel times square did not disappoint. From a speedy checkin to delicious breakfast to clean rooms and great service. I will definitely be staying here next time.

The floor we were on had three elevator banks, and only one worked the entire time we were there. It led to long weights at the elevator.

Location is excellent and area is very walkable. I did not like the Starbucks in the lobby, there hot food options were terrible. Staff was good, but check-in to me was awful because of so many people checking in.
