Check in was ridiculous!!! It took us over 3 hours in line to check in . Longer than it took us to fly and take the subway to the hotel from Toronto . People were also jumping the line and arguments ensued. The charge 40$ report fee a day but then give you 35$ credit at their restaurant. The restaurant would then only have 1 wait staff and a manager so no one was served. All staff were over worked and as a result down right rude to us. I would never ever stay here again! The elevators were also a mess and we many times choose to walk down from the 20th floor as never could get an elevator .

Check in took hours! Room was supposed to by ready at 4:00 and wasn't ready until around 8:30! Employee i spoke with wasn't very nice ir helpful, but the manager Tyler was helpful and nice. Our room was sooooo small and you could hear everyone in the hallways.

I felt very neglected no face rags housekeeping was terrible no microwave no refrigerator. I had to walk to another side of the building to use the microwave which was on a 21st floor and I was on a 45th floor. The view was horrible. The AC was horrible. I couldn’t get any warm air. I’m a Floridian so you know I needed warm air all around. It was the worst stay for me ever in my life. I won’t ever stay again and I recommend orbit not to advertise for them. It was horrible.

After having a reservation for over 2 months in advance, we waited in line for over 3 hours to check in and once making it to the check in counter we were told they didn’t have our double bed room. We were forced to split rooms into 2 single bed rooms which is not ideal for a family of 4 with 2 kids. And was charged a property fee for both rooms even though we were forced to split rooms which was their fault not ours.

Old property. Everything is breaking apart. Doors are falling apart. Bathroom is filthy. Stains and pubic hair stock on the ceiling of the wash room. The only good thing about it is accessible to everything.

I checked in on December 30 and overall did not have major issues, but several aspects of the stay were disappointing. Check-in was smooth, and the room initially felt clean and comfortable (9th floor). On the first day, I reported a slow-draining sink and a non-functioning bathroom air extractor. When I followed up later, I was told the request could not be tracked and that I would need to check the room myself, which felt unusual for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was consistently overcrowded, with long lines. I would like to highlight that the lady at the restaurant entrance was very kind and helpful. Food quality was acceptable, though with limited variety specially for guests with allergies. On January 1st, the lobby was extremely chaotic. I needed simple checkout information, but reception lines were very long, with no staff available to assist guests outside the queue. Some staff interactions felt rushed and unfriendly. Staffing was clearly insufficient, with only two agents handling a large number of guests. Information regarding card authorization and city taxes was also unclear. What stood out most was the lack of human warmth. Interactions felt impersonal, with little eye contact and not friendliness. This was especially disappointing as December 31st was my birthday, and there was no acknowledgment at all, not even a simple birthday wish. Overall, the stay lacked the personal touch expected from a Sheraton property.

Rooms were small but clean. Hotel was way under staffed. Waited over 4 hrs in line to check in. Elevators damaged and outdated, long waits for elevators. Bar staff not friendly at all. Cleaning staff for rooms were amazing and friendly. Hotel was very convenient for location. But I will probably not stay again.
