Was disappointed that I was not notified about my first flight being canceled via email or phone call ...I only learned of it on the day I was suppose to leave by a car company that had called me back to tell me it was canceled ....but the overall help with a flight change got me to my destination on time same day so I'm pleased it turned out well but it could have went completely differently had I not been told and arrived to the airport only to find out ....

The flight was great but I did not get to check in online or choose my seat. I loved the upgraded ticket, which included 2 checked bags, and food.

Often described as the “city that never sleeps,” New York is filled with bustling activity. Nestled among all the bright lights and towering skyscrapers, the city has a diverse cultural identity and offers almost every event imaginable. Visitors travel from near and far to see the Statue of Liberty, catch a Broadway show, shop on 5th Avenue or just be a part of the excitement taking place at Madison Square Garden. Nearby cities, such as Newark, NJ, or Bridgeport, CT, are easily accessible by both public transportation and rental car as well.

Getting Around

Travelers have a choice of landing at LaGuardia (LGA) or John F. Kennedy International (JFK) airports. New York also has an abundance of transportation options for visitors. Taxicabs are available at any time of day or night, and the train system is impressive. Millions of people go to Penn and Grand Central stations each day to make connections via bus, MTA subway, Amtrak and Metro North commuter trains.
