We had a wonderful stay at Arlo Midtown, and the staff truly made the experience special. From check-in on, Alex was incredibly hospitable and always greeted my daughter Cece and me warmly each time we saw him. Ken, who worked the afternoon and evening front desk shifts, was consistently friendly and welcoming when we returned from full days of exploring the city. Jorge was also fantastic, he helped store our luggage prior to check-in and checked in on us each day we were there. The hotel is in a great location near Times Square. Our room was clean, well maintained, and offered great city views. The property overall felt modern and well cared for. We also really enjoyed having restaurant Altair NYC inside the hotel. Sujay was a pleasure during breakfast on multiple mornings, and the server who helped us on New Year’s Eve was wonderful as well, I didn’t get a chance to get her name. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast staff made sure the food was cooked to specification. The front desk were helpful at check in and check out. I was even texted to make sure that the do not disturb light was not just left on and to let them know if I needed anything just let them know. Would definitely stay again!

The Arlo is our new favorite spot!! It is super clean & trendy, great location, and all the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are smaller but they have a great layout for functionality. Room service, umbrella, and 2 waters provided each day. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again!!

Very convenient location. Located within walking distance to Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Javits Center, The Vessel/Edge/High Line, Broadway and Empire State Building. Safe with many shops, food options, and subway access. Room was so nice, comfortable with great view. Shower was the best. Air conditioning and the heat worked very well in my room. Also had the option to crack the window open if I chose. The vibe of the hotel was classy and modern. Definitely my go to stay when in NYC.
