Room had a terrible chlorine smell when I arrived that didn't dissapate. The hallway had thick cigarette smoke every time I went out into it. The staff was young, and that's not to say they didn't try, they were just following a script and really didn't want to be there.

I had such a great stay at Arlo Midtown! The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was very clean, trendy, and had such a fun, modern vibe. I loved the thoughtful little touches for Valentine’s Day and the extra activities they offered — it made the experience feel special and well curated. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!

we loved our stay at this hotel. We thought that the location was perfect for the things that we wanted to do. It was of course close to all different types of transit… The hotel was super clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooftop offered absolutely stunning views of New York City at night. The room was very small, but it was everything that we needed, and we have no complaints. We would definitely consider staying here again, given the location and the cost as well as the cleanliness and upscale nature of the hotel. The staff were truly incredible at making sure that we were acknowledged and seen every time we entered or exited the hotel.
