We checked in no problems got gifts for Hilton Rewards members . Great location , location next to everything walking distance to Bryant park , Macy's on 34, Times Square , Joe's Pizza , 20 minute walk to Rockefeller and fifth Avenue. Came during Christmas time and NY did not Disappoint! Rooms were clean , free breakfast, and consistently got text messages to see if we needed anything. When I need a new towels, they bought them up right away.

Our room was clean and the staff was incredibly nice! We stayed 3 nights over Thanksgiving and had a few problems with plumbing in our room, but staff was on top of it and fixed all problems we had in a timely fashion. We would definitely stay there again and strongly recommend to others.

Rooms very small. A room for 3 people had 2 full size beds Minimum 10 min wait for elevator. Only 2 for all 32 floors and each only holds 6 people and house keeping uses same. After taxes it cost $100 a night for parking. If you want to use your car you pay an additional in and out charge of $100
