the scary wait because of storms at the other end had some anxiety about being able to catch my next flight or when you get there. But that was not JetBlue's fault that was Mother's Nature's fault

Whether you're headed to NYC to appreciate international art, to attend to business, or you want to take in a classical musical concert, there's plenty of culture to absorb in The Big Apple. After you land at LaGuardia Airport (LGA), rent a car to begin your NYC excursion in the borough of Queens. Take a look at the New York State Pavilion and discover one of many installations that remain from two previous World's Fairs, held in Flushing-Meadows Corona Park. This park even has a botanical garden and zoo that are open year-round.
A convenient way to navigate Manhattan and most of New York City is to use the 24-hour subway system, but you could also cruise along FDR Drive to reach some of the borough's top museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Whitney Museum of American Art. To explore the western side of Manhattan, just merge onto the Henry Hudson Parkway and check out the fighter jets on the USS Intrepid. Make your way over to the Bronx when you're ready to watch some home runs fly out of Yankee Stadium.
The flight from Tampa International Airport (TPA) to LaGuardia Airport takes just under three hours. LGA is located right along Flushing Bay, so you'll have an easy time finding the World Fair Marina, from here you can board a private cruise that goes around all five boroughs of New York City.
