"This hotel is very central to broadway, times square, theater district and the subway. We did not spend anytime in the hotel or at the attached restaurant Friedman's. The staff were helpful and we felt secure. We ended up paying an extra $50/night to have two double beds vs one queen. The hotel is older and the rooms are narrow and the bathroom is also very small. This hotel has no fridge, microwave but did have a small coffee pot with Starbucks. It served its purpose but we probably will stay out of the times square district and a hotel with more in room amenities next visit now that we know how the subway works !"
