The room wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm. The house keeping didn’t turn up on the first 2 days and moreover the hotel blocks $50 per day at bulk for entire stay and only returns 2-3 days after end of your stay. Rest good

Room was cleaned to a very high standard each day. Reception were friendly and efficient, as were the breakfast staff. The hotel location is a perfect base to explore some of NYC’s iconic sites, either by foot or using one of the nearby public transport hubs.

Overall disappointed as I had just stayed at a Hilton the days preceding and had amazing service. This location has different policies for Hilton Honors members separate from other locations which is very confusing and while every Hilton I’ve stayed at previously has been very busy, everyone took the time to make sure the stay was comfortable and everything was handled well - unfortunately it was not the case at this location.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, they kept our luggage after check out for a while at no charge. Room was great, clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. Large enough given NYC known for smaller/compact space, but it was truly great for the money we have spent. Location was ideal! Great mini bar, reasonably priced as well. Couldn’t see the rooftop cause my daughter is underage but that’s how it goes for most rooftops on NYC. Coming back again!

Property only put 1 water in room when arrived. Got charged for 2 after checking out. Hilton phone rep (who was nice and tried to correct) asked property to refund and property denied, so property did not do right by their mistake and it cost me $. Also, water had tag that said complimentary- maybe explain when people arrive its not actually complimentary - seems shady and have not run into this issued before

Poor customer service overshadowed the whole visit. Room was tidy and clean, and property is near a lot of activity, but the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when asked. There are many other clean properties at the same price point with much kinder staff.
