"I stay from Wednesday to Monday had 5 different rooms and changed rooms 4 times. My first room was a balcony room on the far end of bourbon street and it was extremely small and scary. I was then put into another room which was next to the parlor that the guest of honor had reserved.Upon her arrival on Thursday, she had to be moved to the parlor that she reserved. We were moved to the connecting room but was told we had to wait until Friday morning due to engineering issues. Friday we moved to the room it was exceptionally smaller and still charged the bourbon street balcony rate.
On Sunday we had a 4 legged visitor running between the Parlor and our room. We once again had to move and while getting our new room, we were told that they seen where the mouse had been eating the poison that was put down. So, I’m now disgusted trying to understand how you not disclose this to your guest the response was, it’s New Orleans. We now have key to our 3rd room and it would not be our last. Once we settled in at around 11pm we noticed the TV does not work called the front desk they send someone up to tell us that they had to call the cable company in the morning they offered to move us but we had just put our stuff away. I then learned that we had no hot water. I called the front desk and we had to move again but not until like 8am. They let us check out at 4pm @ no charge, comped 1 night. In my opinion it should have at the very least been 1/2 off the entire stay. Royal it is not!"…""I stay from Wednesday to Monday had 5 different rooms and changed rooms 4 times.
