Beware, at the end of my stay I was charge a destination fee. I don’t know what a destination fee is but it was $25 per night. Then they charge a state and the city destination fee as well. This charge blindsided me and should’ve been told to me upfront.

Beautiful place. It was very comfy. I’ve never operated the type of elevator they have, but I got used to it. Walking distance to the Superdome. Straight to Champion Square.

Very nice place was clean, safe, had alot going on and the elevator system gets overwhelmed, my room was ok the carpet looked like it had what looked like a poop stain on the floor, i took a picture and the tub for the shower had rust in it, rooms need to be updated like the rest of the hotel, the glass elevators were definitely awsome to see the stadiums while in it. Breakfast buffet is decent pancakes arent very good but everything else was.

Someone changed my name on the check-in to Lisa Miranda. I don’t know how that happened, it delayed getting checked in. Then the elevators. We waited 20 minutes in line to get in an elevator to get to our floor. They were “refreshing” and another 5 minutes to come back down. They were an absolute joke.
