Loved everything about this hotel; clean, convenient, modern, upscale. We initiately booked at the Nopsi but, Nopsi said our reservation wasn’t guaranteed after we arrived. So we had to find a place to stay and we found the Hyatt and they had 3 rooms for us, 1 connected, same floor next to each other, for wayyyyyy less. Would defintely stay there again.

The staff and service was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for more. However, the room was a slight disappointment. Very small bathroom. From the looks of the pictures when I reserved it looked a little bigger.

I really appreciate how they handled a difficult situation. We arrived late around 8pm for check-in, and find that our booked king-bed room was unavailable. The staff kindly offered us a city-view queen room for the first night and then switched us to our original king-bed room the next day, with an upgrade to a city view! It was a really nice experience staying there.
