We had a great stay. There were some electrical issues but it was resolved. All of the staff were wonderful. What was really impressive was that I had deactivated my door key several times and when I went to the desk, I was asked for my ID each time, even though they knew who I was. For some, it could seem annoying but I greatly appreciated the security precautions. Shoutout to the front desk staff, especially Dontae, who is very impressive, and the staff at the bar in Pete's.

the room was do for some upgrades. two of the outlets was broken in half, leaving them dangerously exposed. the shower head dripped all night. The bathroom faucet actually had hot water coming from both sides. the place is nice. the vibe is kool but the room needs fixing

The hotel is very nice, beds are comfortable, room is clean, service is great, bar is great and bartenders are very friendly as well as restaurant food and staff were great. The surrounding area of the hotel is noisy with the trolly and traftic. It's difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. We did have issues with a towel bar in the bathroom falling and the showerhead not working but staff fixed right away once notified. Overall i recommend this hotel for your stay. It is a great location.

The hotel is very nice and very conveniently located near canal street and bourbon street, and yet in a quieter part of N.O. The restaurant downstairs “Trenasse” serves great food. We especially loved the oysters on the half shell which were the best and freshest we ever had at an unbelievably reasonable price during happy hour. The staff was very good but among them all the Concierge was the best.
