I truly enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental in New Orleans. Staff was most accomodating. The hotel/room was clean and very Comfortable. The products available for showering (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) smelled amazing and were really great products to use while on vacation. It felt like you were considered thoughtfully as a guest and i appreciated this. The small shop on the main floor lobby came in very handy one night as they have aspirin and other small items you may need at a moments notice. I do wish the hotel had that hotel diffuser smell upon entering as it is such a warm olfactory welcome if you will; instead of the smell of smoked food but i understand as i was told they smoke their own meat in house which is also great. The restaurant/bar staff at Pete's were also wonderful! Thank you for an overall wonderful stay! I would definitely stay here again.
