Room was clean, staff was noce and friendly, they have valet parking. Rooms very close to each other you can hear your neighbor talk. Fridge very noisy, elevators very small. Great location overall .

Fastest check in process I've had on any of my visits in New Orleans. Cleans rooms. Staff that is the most helpful I've experienced in NOLA. Outdoor pool was clean! Hot tub was hot and best of all the jets actually worked! Valet was literally the quickest.

We are actually Wyndham Access Timeshare owners and needed to add on to our stay. We love this property as our child went to a nearby university and have stayed several times. We love the location; the rooms are always clean and well taken care of. Staff is friendly. My only comment is that SMOKING and VAPING should be enforced by the pool. There are signs there, however guests were puffing away on their vapes in the pool. Staff did walk by and said nothing. Lastly, staff is always helpful. We just stay away from the Concierge and Sales Staff because they are rude and annoying. Otherwise, we love this property!!

Very nice rooms with kitchen amenities. The courtyard and pool areas are great for relaxing outdoors and the business services room has a nice couch and TV for watching sports. The proximity to the street car and the walking in the Garden District make this a really nice place to stay in New Orleans.

Nice room (spacious two-room suite). Small, but nice, bathroom. The hotel is somewhat dated and slightly musty. The lobby is somewhat chaotic. It was hard to understanding the information from the nice man who checked us in. The A/C in our suite was excessively loud and didn't seem to turn off when it should without raising the temp in the middle of the night. Our stay was acceptable, but would look for better next time.
