despite the heat, the property (AC and pool) kept us very comfortable. easy to catch street car up to Tulane area and walkable up to great cocktail and beautiful dining. Also close to evening Haunted NOLA tour-all felt very safe

We had a great stay.... I would book here again. Pice was reasonable, 7-9 walkable blocks from French Quarter and Bourbon St . Area was quite but still convenient. Pet friendly, small pool, small basketball court, tennis, volleyball, free breakfast and friendly staff. Our room was clean and cool upon arrival. Recommend 8.5 out of 10.

I absolutely loved the staff and my first NOLA experience ❤️ I would have to say that the hotel itself could be a little cleaner. That is for both the room itself (shower) the toiletries in Bathroom were empty since prior to our arrival, and around the hotel (the elevators could benefit from being hit with a mop) and tge bathrooms in room and around hotel. Green scrum in pool... still loved my experience and would stay there again!

Everyone was very friendly, a minor issue was resolved quickly. The room was well appointed , had everything I needed. The location was ideal, was able to walk to everything. The breakfast each morning was great!

The 2 bedroom bathroom suite is spacious. The only problem is both bathrooms are inside the bedrooms. So if you have company they will have to go into the bedroom to use the bathroom. Also, there was a physical altercation in the hallway outside of my room with another guest.

Our experience at ES Sonesta was nothing short of amazing. From checking in to a room upgrade offer the trip only got even better. We were always greeted by Ken who began to feel like a friend with his check ins and restaurant recommendations. The grounds were well kept. The pool, basketball court and little lizards scurrying around were perfection. Breakfast was not only tasty but plentiful and served from the food line by staff. Although the valet was pricey, there was a lot behind the building for just $14 a day! We will definitely use this branding of hotels again due to our wonderful stay!
