Disappointing. TVs in suite were not working (screen image pixilated) and maintenance person was sent up but nothing could be done. I was told that if this TV has this problem all of them would have the same problem so it didn't make sense for me to change rooms. I said I was surprised that no one else had reported the same problem but was told that no one had. I went to front desk to report the problem and see if they would compensate me somehow. They offered to move me to another room and I accepted after we confirmed that the TV was indeed working. Front desk staff seemed bored and not very engaged in their work...

Great place to stay near the convention center.

Loved our stay. Great room, delicious breakfast, conveniently located to so many things we wanted to see and do. Easily walked to the convention center for what we were in town for, but also walked all over the place to so many places we went just for fun. Tram stop close by for when you don't want to walk. Loved it.
