Staff is nice, but the property isn’t clean and the outlets in the room didn’t all work. There isn’t any ventilation in the bathroom so there’s peeling paint and a mildew smell. Ice room also smells like mildew and ice machine was visibly dirty. Carpets in common areas have huge stains. This hotel is also a 20 minute walk from the riverwalk and nice restaurants. Most of the area is closed or boarded up.

The phone was disconnected so if I even wanted to call the front desk that wasn't possible, the bed sheets were not changed but the bathroom was cleaned, the closet door was broken and there was a door in the room, and I wasn't sure if it led to another room or was a closet but either way it was very odd. The panel to open the windows was broken and the blinders themselves showed signs of tear. Overall I was not satisfied with this stay and left early.
