Good snack, great free headphones and movies to watch
United made the flight very enjoyable. They helped turn the rocky start with negative attitude TSA agents to our vacation turn right around and made eveything perfect for us!
I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the United staff was, it had been years since I had flown United because of the poor service of the flight crews.
