"Fantastic hotel and location. Rooms are very spacious. Shower is excellent. Such great water pressure. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was beautiful. What else can I say?"

"Good location, but not in the thick of Chelsea (wish I knew that). Close to subway. Staff was very friendly! Room was not fully clean (floors around bed had a weird white substance on one side), but maid service did come in daily to make the bed and empty trash. Elevators are tiny, dingy and not reliable. On the last day, they were servicing one of them. Lobby is tiny and cramped. Outdoor patio area was nice and great to sit in. Overall, a decent stay for the price."

"Taking into account of the age of the hotel, the small areas that needed improvement are to be expected. There were some places where the wallpaper was peeling but that is all that I could find. The staff was great. The location was really great. Just down the road, maybe a block and a half from the the Moynihan Train Hall. The subway was on the same block just around the corner. The Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden and Time Square were all with in walking distance. If I get back to NYC again, I would definately stay there, again."

"We had a quit two day stop in NY and this was a great location. Clean and a great break from the outside. The Staff helped me understand charges and how to take advantage of some of benefits i got for using my AMEX. The staff was friendly and aware. This was during during the World Cup and just after NY Knicks won the Championship. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay. The room was big enough for the four of us. Was right about the Grand Central Station, VERY convenient for using the subway!!! Will stay here again, if we return."
