Always a pleasure to stay at the Paramount, my home away from home. Even in the middle of Thanksgiving craziness outside, the hotel was a quiet and clean getaway. The staff are always ready to help - and in my case - offer a nice little upgrade.

Staff always and consistently a pleasure at Paramount. It's the only hotel I use when visiting NYC. The convenience of the location is unbeatable. And, in spite of the hoards outside on Times Square, the Paramount is always a great getaway.

Rooms did not have cups for drinking or brushing teeth. No wash cloths for washing face and body. The thermometer was locked and not able to adjust temp but the window opened and allowed a cool breeze all day.

Hotel says it’s a 4 star, at best it’s a 2 star based on our room. Our room was directly across from the elevator. It’s New York so of course the rooms are small which is fine but, the bathroom was disgustingly. The sink was filthy with fingerprints and mold around the terrible caulking job. The hotel itself was decent and in a very convenient location across from the Richard Roger’s theater (which is why we booked here). No parking until the next block and large unattended shuttle vans parked overnight in the loading area making checking in and out with your luggage very inconvenient. Also the music in the lobby is extremely loud you can barely hear the person at the counter. Overall we were disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of our room based on it being advertised as a 4 star hotel.

The room was dirty. It was obviously not cleaned because we found someone's leftover dinner from who knows how long ago. They make you pay to just simply use a cart to bring stuff up to your room. We made numerous attempts to get staff to send up toilet paper but no one ever cared to do it. This rooms in this place are like prison cells. Look elsewhere
