Always a pleasure to stay at the Paramount, my home away from home. Even in the middle of Thanksgiving craziness outside, the hotel was a quiet and clean getaway. The staff are always ready to help - and in my case - offer a nice little upgrade.

Staff always and consistently a pleasure at Paramount. It's the only hotel I use when visiting NYC. The convenience of the location is unbeatable. And, in spite of the hoards outside on Times Square, the Paramount is always a great getaway.

Excellent location. Very small room for the price, but that’s NYC. Convenient to walk for work and events. Clean, quiet. For that use, I’ll come back; but I’m an upper east side person.

For over $400 a night (I know this is New York), the room was spartan. Not a cup or any amenity in the room , a crack in the toilet, but otherwise clean. Front desk was terrific. Location spectacular. Since I was out and about almost all the time- It was a perfectly fine place to sleep.

The 4 elevators they had 2 of them did not work the 5 days I was there. I had to change rooms because there was no heat in my first room. The check in process was the worst I have ever experienced. The computers at the front desk were not working and the line to check in kept changing. I don’t think the staff knew what they were doing. I would not recommend this hotel.

I booked multiple rooms for my company for performers visiting from London. The rooms where no where near what is imaged in the pictures, they are were dirty and dated. Staff was unable to assist, and unwilling refund or move my guest.

Jaqueline (sp) at reception was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Great start to my stay. Location is perfect, close to theaters, Times Square and many great places to eat. Room was small, which I knew, but affordable, clean and sufficient for what I needed. Housekeeping checked in to see if I needed anything. Great value for the price. I will definitely stay again!

It has a perfect location if you are visiting NY for leisure, train stations two blocks away that makes it very convenient. However we had a bad experience during the check in, our room was dirty from previous guests. Also the room conditions could be better overall.

The hotel is in an incredible location. It’s very cool in the lobby and truly convenient to everything in Midtown. Loved the little patisserie restaurant in the lobby. There’s pizza next door and theater all around. The staff is amazing and helpful. The room was just okay, but comfortable and perfect for my son and me. Overall it was a great experience.

Perfect location. I had a Single which was really small but I preferred not to pay more than $315. However, the room was really cold, not even a glass. Obviously one night I could deal with. I really hate dark lights in the hallway, in the main check-in area. But, it was packed so I suppose others were fine with low lights.
