Room super pricey and just meh, bathroom poor

So we had great expectation for a super pricey room. The room was big and the view great, but the decor of the room was unimpressive, with 1975 electronics controls half of which don't work and you have to spend 15 minutes to figure out how to turn off the lights... The bathroom is really unimpressive, Hampton Inn type of shower curtain with the bells at both ends coming off the wall. No coffee maker in the room. Hotel lobby is always a zoo, you do not feel the love from most of the staff....

Rooms are a little dated but very spacious. Concierge wasn’t much help for anything but luckily the bellhop was in the know and able to answer any and all questions. Conveniently located for Times Square, plays, Central Park, shopping, and the Rockefeller building.

Prefect place for a little getaway.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Concierge helped us get car service from and to the airport. They recommended two restaurants that were both delicious and did not disappoint. The Hotel is a prefect spot, next to all the great shops and store.

The bathroom was horrible the water wasn’t draining in the shower the shower head seemed broken the toilet was barely flushing and was damn near on the ground. It seems like they put me in one of the worse rooms. Then changed my room and it looked like someone just left that room bed wasn’t made towels in the bathroom but I was accommodated for the trouble the third room was decent. I expected a better room for the price and a softer bed from the reviews I read prior to booking
