The hotel was clean, the rooms were good and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was muffins and bagels but they were good. There is street noise but two subway lines are available so the location is great. This is not the Ritz but a great place to stay in Manhattan.

Room was a little bit outdated, but the most spacious I ever found in NY - been traveling there every year since 2015. Staff extremely helpfull, cleaning service perfect. They keep things honest by offering pastries and muffins along coffee in the morning, what was another good reason to stay at this hotel. Just around the corner of a subway station, I highly recommend.

Staff was courteous. Very nice hotel. Only thing was that heat stopped wotking in our room at 3am when temperature was like 10 degrees outside. Didnt take ling for room to start freezing. Nothing could be done until 8am and then we decided to leave.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Some people like a firm mattress like that, but for us, it was not ideal.

The staff were really friendly. The room was also cleaned well. However, the water pressure was weak, which made showering inconvenient. The hotel's location right next to the subway station was very convenient. The hotel itself was quiet and everything else was great.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Convenient for walking and public transport. Breakfast was a bonus in Manhattan. Nice to have use of dining room throughout the day or evening, to bring in food.

Price and location is the best you'll get. The rooms are clean but very old; prime but a little noisy. They gave us a sheet and two paper thin pillows, but plenty of towels and toiletries. We asked for extra pillows and it wasn't an issue. If you're doing a cheap short trip, its fine. But expect the bare minimum.

The rooms was clean. The continental breakfast was good, fresh daily bagels. Missing would be a microwave in each room. Not a fancy hotel, but clean and does the job. Liked that location was situated between several major subway lines which made the subway adventure easier and less confusing. Walked to MSG and several good restaurants. Electrical outlets was a hit or miss.

First time in New York this hotel had a spacious room which was clean and fresh. All the staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned regularly. The breakfast is pretty much the same every day with bagels and muffins tea coffee water etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the location is great. I will definitely be staying again

Every aspect of our stay was superb. The cleanliness of the room, the helpfulness of all the staff and the access to the comfortable public space downstairs. We look forward to returning soon to enjoy more time at the Chelsea Savoy. Also, the location was fabulous.

The room was clean. The bed could have been more comfortable. But it was everything you needed for a hotel in the middle manhattan. It’s safe. It’s quiet. Good hotel especially if you plan on roaming New York more rather than stay in your room.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable and therefor peaceful. Truly, it was a great stay !! however it lacked some common yet modern features. We had a lot and heavy luggage. The two sets of double, front doors were vintage, on par with the aesthetic yet very uncomfortable to navigate through on our own with no push to open access. Important to note for guest with disabilities like myself. We only had access to one outlet and one power strip on the other side of the room, so we couldn’t keep our phones close to us when charging No gym, but we know that upon booking. It does have a refrigerator, which I was not aware of so that’s a plus. And breakfast was exclusively bakery items that could not be toasted. Coffee with no milk alternatives.
