I liked that it was very well located, bedding was very clean and comfortable, as were the bath towels. I didn’t like that the body wash dispenser was empty since the moment I arrived and had to get out of the shower and go to the front desk because the phone was not working. Staff were just okay.

I would say the best of the hotel is the location to Grand Central Station. It saved us from a lot of walking but the location is great. The hotel was ok nothing fancy. Rooms were pretty generic the light switches are awful. House keeping was ok. I ask for extra soap bars and never got them. 15 dollars a day at the market that is overpriced is ridiculous. I bought 2 water bottles 15 dollars. Chip bag 6 bucks. Just be aware you need to use the 15 “credit” that you pre pay daily or you loose it. Deposit is 100 bucks a day. The only reason I would come back to the hotel is because of the location.

Stayed for 10+ nights for business trip. Last stay at this property was nearly a decade ago, so I was familiar but knew it had changed. Hotel was able to accommodate a room change when there was a mildew smell in the bathroom. But some rooms are more updated than others so worth asking when you check-in. Staff was friendly and helpful.
