"We had a great time there. The restaurants would take Care of the room temperature. I tried the mexican, asian and steak restaurants. I think that asian would be better. The attendants are always on a hurry and it seems that service aren't the same standard as the other ones."

"Well property is huge … the shuttle sucks so prepare to walk your calories away ,beach was very sea weedy , Room was beautiful , even thou my shower door was broken but that’s a minor thing to me , taco stand was great , I read people had trouble book restaurants I didn’t have no issues there a different one every night , staff at pool by stand where the serve hotdogs and hamburgers suck had attitudes at all times even if u tip them , sports bar staff amazing , lobby bar amazing , all in all if the did a lil better with shuttle bus , and teach staff to treat us the way they would like to be treated a lot of people would return to hotel "

"Ocean view two queen bed was really spectacular . The view of Atlantic Ocean is beautiful and really blue-green . It was a relaxing room. The breakfast Buffet which was my choice of inclusive dining, was so abundant , delicious , they had a la carte, tacos , championados , etc in which we never had in Los Angeles US . And to experience an authentic Eastern Mexican delicacy ( breakfast food ) is a rarity and an enjoyment for my whole family . And the restaurant was so close to the ocean that you can Feel the Breeze and calm wind of the ocean on a beautiful morning. It just completes your day , at that moment. I love Birria ! The food was so good. The staff are so helpful , they immediately replaced my fridge when I found out, it was not cooling enough. So responsive , I like that! Also , I booked my Xcaret and Xplor excursions right at the hotel, you don’t need to do it in advance one week before , I booked my excursions , that morning , the day before and the following day, they were booked .Then I did Fuego Xplor , then the next day , Xcaret ! Overall , the hotel Is recommendable . Also , there is a CANCUN sigh near hotel shoreline, I like that. The hotel has so many swimming pools ! The hotel is so clean and pleasant ! Overall ! I recommend it to every vacationer out there. We Love Emporio!"
