I would not stay here again. The place looks run-down. The food was boring, had no variety, and had cheap ingredients. Sit-down restaurants require 48 hours to reserve. We asked for an extra comforter. It took them two days to get it. The pool was dirty with food and beverages spilled into it. The best part was that they had entertainment every evening. Hardly any staff understood english (forget about speaking).

It was a wonderful resort, though it did seem to appeal more to an older crowd, so likely not the best place for those looking for a party and super upbeat vibes. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The views were amazing and they did have a few fun activities. Definitely recommend doing the Mayan tours, and water activities snorkeling was an awesome time. Food options were okay but nothing that was wowing.

I highly recommend staying here. Family friendly. Staff are very sweet. The staff that been working there for years still remember us from the past years, which makes us feel like family.
