From when we 1st arrived Abdiel y Juan were so attentive and helpful, the room was very nice, great view, clean, the pool was a great spot to hangout. Food was great and a lot of options.

unfortunately things did not work out for us .Our room was right next to the entertainment room which played LOUD music until 2;30 AM We had to leave our room due to excessive vibrations . We requested a room change and also had expedia request and we were told nothing can be done until tomorrow . Our toilet screamed from plumbing which could be heard down the hall at every flush .There was no hot water . We REQUESTED A MANAGER 5 TIMES TO INCLUDE STOPPING there on the way to the airport They said Jose was in a meeting or it was his day off we spoke with Jiselle several times and also the reception desk numerous times No resolution We ended up checking out after 1 night and now see a pending charge from them for 400 some dollars I have requested a manager call back and its 3 days now nothing
