"I’ve stayed in New York City at least 150 times this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I would recommend to anyone thinking about booking a room in this hotel to look elsewhere. The staff lady was very rude. The room was dirty and had cockroaches in it the water take 5 minutes to become warm enough to take a shower. And the noise was unbearable from the outside especially Friday night. They have a club right next to it and until four in the morning the whole room was moving. I would never ever ever stay there again ever. "

"What a wonderful hotel - the staff, amenities (they thought of every detail) even the continental breakfast was great - the lobby is warm and inviting …. The rooms are clean and well thought out ….. I only wish they had rooms with 2 beds but they accommodated our 2 adult sons by putting a single bed in the room along with the Queen bed. Get a high floor for a view of the Hudson River - the hood is great too and right across from Chelsea market with any kind of food you desire … "
