Rooms are old and feel nasty and dirty! visible rust, paint chipping, dilapidated furniture The ONE night I stayed, I slept with all clothes on and checked out the very next morning! You can tell the property is privately owned and the owner OBVIOUSLY hasn’t invested any money into the building on a VERY VERY LONG TIME! Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Good Luck! "

"My stay at Beachside Resort in Panama City was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The internet made it look like a great place, but that was very misleading. The room had an unpleasant smell, almost like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. We were given an upgrade, and while the upgraded room was a little better, it still wasn’t anything to brag about. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not stay here again, even if it were free."
