We really enjoyed the beautiful view and the overall look of the hotel. However, we were surprised to find that the kitchenette only included a refrigerator—no plates, utensils, or even basic kitchen items. We had brought a birthday cake to celebrate, but ended up having to go out and buy plates and forks just to serve it. It would’ve been great if the kitchenette had been better equipped or at least clearly described.

Everything about Hyatt Place was remarkable. It is so close to shopping and restaurants. We love that we didn’t have to carry chairs and umbrellas. Those are provided at no charge to the customers of Hyatt Place. Free breakfast is pretty good. Hey, it’s free! Staff was very nice. Nothing negative to say about our stay. If you’re into Top Golf, we could have walked there from our room!!

This hotel is AWESOME!!!! You walk out of the basement level of the hotel onto the pool deck, which is right on the beach. The lazy river and pool were awesome, so was the sandy white beach - very easy access from the hotel! The hotel is a new hotel in excellent condition. We especially loved the sitting area/living room area that could also function as a 3rd bed (pull out couch bed), and the porch/balcony was very nice with outstanding views of the ocean. The complementary breakfast was great. Coconut Charlies (the hotel restaurant) is open for lunch and dinner - so you don't even have to leave the hotel to get food (although the prices are a bit steep for what you actually get). Live music was being performed as we ate dinner at the restaurant. Parking is free and in the parking structure just across the street (providing sheltered parking). There is shopping nearby (including a Walmart just 2 blocks from the hotel). We did not want to leave the hotel when it came time to move on! :)

This property was spectacular. The lobby, pool area and rooms were new and modern looking. The room was clean. The breakfast was the best free breakfast we have ever had. It was also a nice suprise that two beach chairs and an umbrella were included in our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in with Bobby was warm and swift. He had a pack and play immediately delivered to my room on arrival for my baby. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable. Beach is the most beautiful I ever seen in the U.S. Very close parking which made it easy having my baby on our trip. Great gym overlooking the beach. Afternoon by the pool with DJ Craig was cool! 10/10 can’t wait to return!
