Amazing beach view from the balcony. Room was nice size. Freezer didn’t freeze. I found out from my kids melted ice cream. Floor had water damage and the floor hasn’t been re done yet. But the overall experience was good. Staff was amazing. Nice, helpful, friendly people.

Stayed their when Iit was Legacy and it was so much nicer. Needs ALOT of updates. None of housekeeping could speak English making it difficult to communicate needs. Floors were so dirty. Hidden deposits over 300 dollars taken but was returned after a week after check out. Even double charged us for the whole stay one night claiming it was mistake.The smell of marijuana was so strong in our room and on balcony iat times was it was almost sickening. Check in staff was rude and argumentative. Never admitting a problem or inconvenience to guest. Theonly positives were that the area was convenient to every thing. The valet guys was the best around.

Fall Break ‘25

We stayed from Saturday-Friday and housekeeping never came. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper several times. Elevators were down on several different occasions. I had $100+ charges to my card every day I was there even though the balance was paid at check-in. Front desk was really no help when this was brought up. We have stayed here probably 5 times and each time is worse than the time before, but I kept giving them a chance because we like the location. We will not be staying here again.

A decent hotel on the beach but needs a lot of maintenance in and out of the hotel and also in the rooms. Room was clean. Bed was pretty good. The view was awesome. The hotel tried to charge me more than what I booked it for but I caught it and it was fixed but watch your bill closely.

The location is perfect. The staff members are all friendly. The place could be cleaner. My rooms floor made my feet black. I complained and they said that they would be up to mop it again. I don’t think they did come up because it was still dirty. The room was kind of musty, smelling due to the air conditioner not working correctly. I did complain but they said they did not have any other rooms available. To get the room, not smelling musty we had to put the thermostat on 60° and then it was too cold. I’ve been here four times and this is the worst visit I’ve had here. The unit that I had needs a complete makeover. There was mold on the trim behind the bed and the bedskirt. The bathroom door had rust on the bottom. This unit needs a deep cleaning. All the trim had a large amount of dust on it. The next time I visit Panama City Beach I will choose another resort to stay in. I would give this place another chance making sure I had a different unit to stay in.

The elevators didn't work most of our stay. We never had a housekeeper or fresh towels until we asked for them, and still didn't get the service we requested. When they advertise housekeeping is done daily as well as fresh towels given. Parking was difficult Not impressed with this stay at all.

Flooring was not cleaned before check in, and the lock on the door did not work half the time. However, the staff were amazing and there are some good places around the hotel. The view of the ocean is also wonderful. Parking was not too bad either.
