Not the same stay!

This is the 4th time staying here. Love the location and 11th floor balcony is awesome view. This year our stay wasn’t as appealing as in the past. Arrived Sunday and that night we seen 4 roaches. I replied to a txt I received regarding any needs throughout my stay to txt that number and front desk would take care of it. We never heard back. I ended up seeing 4-5 more throughout our stay. We requested coffee and wash cloths and never received. I made a special trip to front desk to get coffee and requested wash cloths again. I was told they would have to get them sent up and we never did receive them. Spoke to another guest on the elevator and she was dealing with the same thing. Parking is always an issue but we liked the area and layout of the rooms but after this trip, I don’t know if we will be back.

The Property was very nice...My room was clean,easy access to beach and pool, only complaint that I would have is very to little no parking...Parking was very difficult and didn't really give us a real understanding on where we could park if the main parking lot got crowded,so that was my most difficult moment and also not giving me a receipt after I have paid for my room,they give you a receipt after you check out which I think is backwards because how am I suppose to prove that I paid for the room? Overall great experience though

This was my fourth year staying at the Radisson Inn in Panama City Beach, and I have to say this was the best experience yet in terms of cleanliness and service. While it’s not the newest hotel, it’s always a great value for a true beachfront stay. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony view, and the staff was attentive and helpful, especially with the new texting system for easy communication. Housekeeping was available whenever needed, and little touches like fresh towels by the pool and water stations by the beach entrance made the stay even smoother. Overall, I’m very pleased and look forward to returning again.

Overall the stay was nice. The room was clean and spacious. The view was amazing and the staff was welcoming. The water was extremely hot but I won't complain. At least we had hot water. I loved it.

The facility looks old, and the cleanliness was not what we expected. There were unwanted little visitors crawling around the bathroom. Two nights were enough for not returning to the property that has an amazing location and view, on the other hand.

Loved that it was a close walk or drive to restaurants. Parking was ample. Our room was nice & clean. We had a connecting room, and I was able to hear the baby next door crying. But it's a family friendly hotel so, to be expected. Other than that I had a great time!

Hotel was great excellent Beach location excellent location to restaurants and the pier the only thing was the hotels.com site says that there are sun loungers available and they are not available there's a guy that rents them on the beach We sat down on some sunloungers for the day and then about an hour later he comes over and tells us we owe him money for those loungers we didn't realize he said he's not affiliated with the hotel
