The stay was wonderful, with excellent rooms and a fantastic view. I was surprised to see an internet fee on my bill, as I believed it was complimentary. Additionally, my husband incurred a $20 charge for an unspecified reason. He checked us in and used his credit card for the room payment, but they charged the card used for the reservation instead of his, despite him informing the front desk to use the card he swiped.

This place is nice...not great but for a beach front property it's nice. We stayed on the beach side, reviews are not very good for the property across the street. Our room was nice, clean to the most part. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean, carpet was clean. However, the balcony was sticky so doesn't appear they clean that often, and we did have a little sand in our bed. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and understand that the fine, white sand on the Gulf is really hard to completely get out of sheets. The alternative is that they didn't change the sheets from the last guest which would be really awful. The grounds on the property are well maintained. We stayed on the beach the whole time so didn't use the pool, hot tub or visit the tiki bar, but all of it looked in very nice shape and clean. The beach in fron th of the property is awesome and there is a beach chair service right in front...not associated with the hotel. Ask about any discounts they may have, we paid $40/day for two chairs and an umbrella. If you're local probably best to bring your own, espeiclaly since they put them up at 5:00pm...but they were out there very early, about 7:00am. Not impressed with the staff, pretty blah with zero smiles amongst them. Never was asked if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out and they really couldn't care less when we told them that on our 2nd day housekeeping took our used towels and trash (which didn't need it) and replaced neither. Overall, decent.

We had a balcony over looking the gulf. It was a corner room so there was an extra window which was nice. Pool was nice and clean and they have a tiki bar open 10:30-7:00. There’s also Mguires right across the street. You do have to park across the street but not really a big deal. Overall good stay
