First off let me say you have an amazing staff! Next, we had a great time. Amazing pool, our room was clean and the view was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. If we ever head to PCB again we would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all that made our stay enjoyable!

This was a scam! Selling an in-law motel across the street by showing the main hotel in the front page. The in-law motel should be treated as a separate posting not as a room type with a note that this room is across the street

My only real complaint was that the elevator kept breaking down. Other than that, the stay was amazing! Clean and spacious room, lovely view of the ocean, and the staff was super helpful!

No housekeeping during our 3 night stay..Trash was emptied after the 1st day..That was it! No clean,towels/linens... The hotel doesn't have an ice machine. Motel 6's on the road HAVE ICE MACHINES.. Ice is for sale for $2/bag.. When there is ice in the " ice storage".. The ice deliverer didn't make it to this big place on our 2nd night...EMPTY.. We drove to the Winn-Dixie nearby and paid 3.49x2 for ice...The pool was clean, the hot tub was nice..Overall, good.....Easy drive from the airport, literally no traffic 9/8- 9/11.

Was very dissatisfied. Both elevators quit working. Had to use the stairs and my back was out. There was a big gap between the bottom of the door and the floor that allowed bugs, etc. to crawl in the room. The room never got below 73 when set to 67. They told us to pull blinds and give it time. That didn't help so they sent someone up. They said the air was on some sort of sensor system so if you opened an outer door the air went off. They gave us box fans since AC wasn't working properly. Tried to complain to management but no one was there. Day of checkout we requested the manager call us upon arrival. That was yesterday and still no call.

I was beachside and the view was absolutely amazing. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Common areas were maintained and in use. Some things I did not like is there is very limited parking for the facility and there was not a general ice machine.

Had a great time, only issues were the mattress should have been replaced months ago and at least 2 frying pans in the rooms with kitchens. Staff was friendly, hotel grounds were clean, inside they have an ice cream shop and a small gift shop. The pool area was nice.

It was owned by a family. When they had it it felt like home. It was clean, well maintained and modern. They sold it. This is the second year of the new owners. Tub was draining slow and one of the elevators was broke and the other one worked sometimes. It broke 2 times while we were there. They only service the room on the 4th day of stay. So if you need towels you have to ask for more. The good thing is Darlene is still there and staff is friendly.

The staff was pleasant but the facility needs updating. The mattresses need replaced as do the linens. The air system shuts off intermittently causing it to be difficult to maintain a constant temperature. There were a few 6 legged unsolicited visitors that could probably be controlled.
