I was scared at first to stay here after reading all the bad reviews but we gave it a chance and are so glad we did! Is it outdated? Absolutely! Was it clean, YES!!! Cleanliness is the biggest thing for us and our room was clean! The staff were also amazing and we never came across someone that was rude or not helpful. If you’re looking for a modern, bougie hotel…this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for an affordable, clean hotel with the most gorgeous private beach…this is the one!!! We had a blast and will definitely be back again! Only thing I would suggest would be to install at least one hot tub, these fall nights are chilly!

Hotel is in the nice area, walking distance to many things attractions, shops and restaurants. Rooms good for the price. Had a few things that did not like. Shower was not working properly, and one day, could not shut hot water. Called for the maintenace, but ended up fixing myself, because after waiting 45 monutes no one showed up, so I had to cancel maintenence. Toilet flush was not working good either. Had to flush 5-6 times. Parking was good, plenty of parking spaces. I.wpuld say again it is an OK hote for the price, especiall if spending only time to sleep there.

Read some really terrible reviews however we had the best experience and will be back for sure for the price. checked in at 130 pm no line and was not turned away for too early. room was little older however very clean. nice clean pool, private fenced beach (seen good place for dogs to play and run) then follow the shirt boardwalk to the water. Only complaint was advertised beach chairs and umbrellas however didn't mention charges for those. On the east side of town so traffic was basically none and it was very quiet. All in all we had a wonderful stay. thank you

The reviews definitely had me concerned, but I would absolutely stay here again; the price couldn't be beat! In my opinion, any complaint I have is a matter of personal preference. Our room on the ground floor had an obstructed view unfortunately. It was nice, however, to be able to step right out to the boardwalk. There was only a microwave and a small fridge in the room. We made it work without eating out too much, but it was slightly inconvenient. Next time, I'll pack my air fryer and toaster. Being on the ground floor, we didnt have a balcony or even chairs outside, sonwe had nowhere in or outside the room to hang towels or clothes. If we have been staymore than 3 nights, i would have gone to walmart and gotten a clothes rack to hang our towels on. I had to go to the front desk tonget clean towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. I had called and asked for those things but no one brought them. Again, for some, that may be a deal breaker, but it was fine. The desk clerk wasn't the friendliest, but she did her job and what more did I need from her? The room was very clean. It could definitely benefit from some updates, but it was super clean. Outside close to the boardwalk could have stood some more attention. My kids didnt care for the pool because it started at 4 foot and went to 8.5. They like it better when they can touch, but they were abke to play in the ocean a lot so they didn’t mind missing out on the pool too much.

Convenient location and amenities were a plus. I wish the pools were heated but loved everything else. The rooms could have been a little cleaner though. And plug outlets were limited. It was one plug. We had to unplug the lamps and microwave so we could charge our devices.

We had an excellent stay! The room was a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. The beach/ocean view was absolutely beautiful! The pool was nice and clean with lounge chairs. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel.

The staff at the front desk was uncaring and unprofessional, will not come back. We came early and allowed to pre check in with a promise to call when our room was ready or by 4pm. We went in at 4pm and was told to wait for the call. At 4:30 we went back in and had to wait in line again and this time allowed to check in. We told them we had pets and handicap but they put us on the top floor as far from the elevators as you can get. Our TV went out, was told they were sending a tech, went no one came after an hour we called again, was told the entire building was out. The house phone didn't work either. The food court does not publish the prices and food was very costly. Just a bad experience, mainly with attitude of the from desk and one of them was the assist manager. Asked for a copy of the pet rules that I was required to sign and was not allowed to have one. A scary male was walking around following the young girls and they did not do anything about that either.
