The fact that this is a resort is hilarious. The carpet was worse than the alleys behind strip cubs in bad neighborhoods. I mean disgusting. There was an overwhelming smell of mold, which the 2 bottles of febreze could hardly cover. Side of stove was covered in grease. Only thing positive I can say is I didn’t see one bug. We also checked out a day early and never received credit for the remaining day.

The room we were in was older and on the second floor. Our ocean view was directly at the tiki bar with only partial side views. The room was decent and service good. Parking lot was small. Direct beach access was wonderful.

The view was obstructed by the tops of random palm trees. The room was only mildly clean. Visible rust on every door and fixture. Front desk was less than helpful with anything even simply checking in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We booked a beachfront ocean view queen room for our anniversary. We got there and it was the sketchiest room I have ever seen. NOTHING like the picture! The walk down the tunnel of terror to our room was dirty and littered and unkept. The room looked like a janitors closet and was the grossest thing ever. The view was of the tiki hit and palm trees they have. I called the front desk and was very rudely told they had no more queen rooms available but they had two queens for an up charge of $30 per night. They would not move us for no charge. So we had no choice but to pay extra. I asked to look at the next room first before we committed and I am glad I did because not only was it the same view but it smelled like musty mold and mildew. The smell was nauseating. I looked at two more rooms before we finally found one that was even remotely decent. At this point our trip was ruined because we paid for a room with a “view”and ended up having to look at three more rooms and had to end up paying more even though they should have comped it due to their incompetence and false advertising! The night clerk two nights in row was too busy smoking weed in the office to even be bothered enough to care about his job. So if you want to spend money to stay in a nasty, dirty, musty, moldy, unkept room with a “view” and with staff who have zero desire or care to help you, then this is your place! If I could rate them with a negative number I absolutely would.

The room was infested with cockroaches and other bugs (mainly around the fridge & stove). They brought a can of roach killer for me to spray but wouldn't let me keep the can since that is the only can they had. If you're ok with roaches & bugs - this is the place to be!

Did not need laundry service. The room wasn't very clean, the curtain was falling off the rod & we had to use clothes pins to close the curtain. A half inch of dust under the bathroom sink, no hand holds around the tub, and little pieces of trash all over the floor. We found dust covered sand toys & a wedding favor from 2017 behind one of the beds. The beds were not all that comfortable & the pillows were horrible. I usually take my own but forgot it. The AC does work though and works well. The toilet, sink & shower/tub combo was clean. Did not use the coffee pot & microwave. The mimi fridge was clean but dusty on top. The entire place needs updating badly. We were on the bottom floor facing the beach. I liked where the room was.

Location is everything The beach is right outside your door. Now the motel is old, it for sure needs to be updated. Beds were ok i brought out own linens. Bathroom was functional but again old. It did have cold AC. It had gross carpet so bring shoes to wear while inside the room. Would i stay again.... not there unless it was renovated. Staff was fine If you are a zero frills this place is fine. The beach though is amazing.
