Did not need laundry service. The room wasn't very clean, the curtain was falling off the rod & we had to use clothes pins to close the curtain. A half inch of dust under the bathroom sink, no hand holds around the tub, and little pieces of trash all over the floor. We found dust covered sand toys & a wedding favor from 2017 behind one of the beds. The beds were not all that comfortable & the pillows were horrible. I usually take my own but forgot it. The AC does work though and works well. The toilet, sink & shower/tub combo was clean. Did not use the coffee pot & microwave. The mimi fridge was clean but dusty on top. The entire place needs updating badly. We were on the bottom floor facing the beach. I liked where the room was.

Location is everything The beach is right outside your door. Now the motel is old, it for sure needs to be updated. Beds were ok i brought out own linens. Bathroom was functional but again old. It did have cold AC. It had gross carpet so bring shoes to wear while inside the room. Would i stay again.... not there unless it was renovated. Staff was fine If you are a zero frills this place is fine. The beach though is amazing.

The view is the best in the hotel. Our stay was below average. The room was very dirty. The bathroom had mold, the bedsheets had stains and the walls were dirty. The whole building was severely unkept. VERY Dirty. Not recommended for families. The customer service would be unnecessary rude and gave attitude when asking a simple question. I would not stay here again..

The staff, view and access to the beach was amazing. The room was a bit dated though and parking was a pain but we knew that before booking from reviews. There is a parking lot across the street and they do allow you to unload/load in front of the hotel so thats nice.

Rooms were not in the best condition. The floor was sticky, sheats stained, the showers were backed up and took forever to drain. The view however was breathtaking and the staff we encountered were nothing but fantastic!

Oh boy where to start. So I decided to take a trip to the beach with my mother who just retired and has copd. We had to change rooms three times on this trip. Once for the never ending smoking, once because the next room didnt have a patio and the last time because the fridge didnt work, spoiling our crablegs we bought to cook for her celebration. I specifically chose this hotel for their heated pool, which when I called before booking, they said they had. Spoiler- it didnt. Why do you ask? Who knows. I got three different stories/reasons from three different people on this. So if you like showering with tiny black bugs, icecold pool water that freezes ya manhood off and pot and cig smells everwhere. By all means, stay here.

We didn't have a beach view as was booked on hotels.com. Our view was of the gate around the pool on the 1st floor. If you stood and craned your neck, a slight view of beach could be seen. The room was very unclean, towels were dingy and grey and extremely thin and worn.We washed them before using in the community wash machine. Had to wear shoes inside as floor was terrible, frogs in tub after a hard rain. Staff was not unfriendly but offered zero extra help. They appeared disinterested and bored. I was extremely disappointed w the property as we were looking forward to our stay in PCB. I would never stay here again nor recommend Bikini Beach Resort to anyone. We travel alot, stay in all types of properties and this is 2nd worse we've ever stayed in.
