I just wanted a few days on the beach but this was a place for families with little kids and little kid amenities and activities. Also used as a party place for large groups of partying teens"

ALL the chairs in the breakfast area were in extremely poor condition I HAVE A HANDICAP AND THE PARKING WAS ABOUT 200 YARDS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HOTEL LOBBY. THEY HAVE NO ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.
