"Everything nice"

"People are not too friendly. Workers scream when they call for each other across rooms waking me up at 8 am. Some say hi and some don’t. Mosquitoes everywhere in the room as they leave doors open when they clean. Got food poisoning on last day from seafood at buffet. "

My husband had to keep going to the front desk to make a complaint and to get a technician to come to fix the issue. After the third day, we finally were able to have a toilet that flushed and received a new television. However, our state was almost over. "

Eduardo was our butler, and he did a great job of keeping everything in our stay wonderful, food was great, one thing, I think they should make an effort to have more mock tales available as we don't like to drink as much alcohol anymore. Overall, this is a great place to stay."
