"Resort staff is what makes the property unique. They are incredible. Juan bardeno and Daisy at the bldg 6 pool absolutely made this week special. Our butler Juan handled every request and was always concerned with our stay. Marino in the steakhouse bar was top notch and fun! The resort is beautiful but cannot be given 5 stars simply due to the lack of maintenance. We had a/c problems, plumbing problems and even electrical problems. Most we're addressed and fixed, but a true 5 star would have had them fixed before guests reported them. We also had a big group and 4 rooms, so it wasn't just isolated to one room. The pools are beautiful, but again maintenance problems exist, with tiles missing everywhere and pool lights disconnected from the sides of the pool or being help on in place with metal wires... Majestic colonial is currently undergoing renovations and we are hopeful that majestic mirage will get the same treatment as it really could use an update and some neglected maintenance updates. We had a great time, because of the staff, and will return again, after the updates."

"Nuestra experiencia en Hard Rock Punta Cana fue muy buena. El hotel se destaca por su buena comida, excelente limpieza y muy buen servicio. El personal fue amable y atento durante nuestra estadía. También nos encantó la gran variedad de piscinas, hay muchas opciones para relajarse y disfrutar del hotel sin sentir que todo está concentrado en un solo lugar. La playa estaba muy bonita y, afortunadamente, no tenía sargazo, lo cual fue un punto muy positivo. Lo único que tuvimos que tener en cuenta fue que había bastante oleaje y en algunos momentos estaba peligroso para bañarse, por lo que recomendamos tener precaución, especialmente con niños. En general, fue una excelente experiencia y un lugar que definitivamente recomendaría para unas vacaciones en Punta Cana. 🌴☀️🎶"

"Room clean hood enough for 3 stars. Staff does not understand english. Swim up bar was good. I would give 4 stars The pools need to maintenance The food litle salty Tennis courts and pickleball courts. Need to play early morning or afternoon after 5pm. Because the sun. Italy, Japanese and steak house restaurants are good. As 3.5 star Buffet i would give 3 stars Overall staff not in a service mode. And most staff does not know English. Not recommend for vacation. If you expect 4.5 stars service. I would go to Cancun, Bahamas, Caracao or Aruba. For little more cost."
