The service was good, room service, house keeping and mini fridge stocking was very good. We had a butler, Ray, but only saw him once apon arrival. He answered whenever we messaged though. We are very low maintenance so no complaints.

Edward was the best butler we could have asked for. He made everything so easy and accomadated everything we needed. He took care of all our dinner reservarions and showed us the ins and outs of our resort. Any questions or requests were taken care of. Reccomend coming to TRS and asking for Edward!

Property was nice, not a fan of the adjoining street noise (loud music and shouting into the early morning). Would recommend a room on the west side of property to help reduce outside noise. The spa amenties were wonderful. Food was average.
