The fridge in our room didn’t work at all. Room service takes over a hour so by the time you get the food you’re not even hungry no more or either fell asleep. Also when we booked the trip I let them know we were coming to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. I noticed the one door had a happy anniversary ribbon but we got nothing. The adults/unique pool is confusing cuz it says for adults and unique guest but really it’s only for unique so if u don’t have a color ribbon they kick u out that area without explaining that u must be a unique guest to use the adults only pool. The buffet at both places is horrible and if you can’t read Spanish you just kind guess what you’re eating. The shower in the room just leaves water all over the floor every time so be careful you don’t fall and break something. The room and grounds are beautiful. Some of the staff are nice and some act like they don’t want to help you so it’s 50/50. Would I pay this price to return again absolutely not! It’s not worth the money.

Rooms- unfortunately we had a room above the boulevard so anybody walking back from a late night we hear them. Staff was nice and friendly. The lay out of the resort was too spread out. The walk from the reception area to the beach I felt was wasted space. The towels for non unique was tucked away in the far corner which made no sense but the unique towel area was by the beach. There was only one massive pool and not enough chairs to accommodate guest. You have to get up extremely early to get a chair by the pool. The food is standard as of any resort for the buffet, but I did really enjoy the Mexican restaurant. Overall, I would say it is not ideal for anybody with mobile issues. In this case bigger is not always better.

We had went for our honeymoon and upon communication prior to arrival we were promised honeymoon decorations and a complimentary bottle. We did not receive the bottle until the day before we had to leave. We also received a complimentary upgrade to what we were told was an adults only section which was not to be true! We had booked a swim out room and we were surrounded by children who swam in our section of our swim out pool... the hibachi restaurant was really tasty though! But be aware that to dine in the restaurants you must book a reservation.

Rooms spacious but slight feeling of damp bedding due to humidity and some issue of language difficulties with cleaning staff. Entertainment team were good but need more staff in this area and more variation of shows. Food was excellent with great choice for everyone… special shoutout to the Indian food by Sandeep Singh which was super excellent . Beach was excellent but could do with more staff around the pool area to serve drinks and clear up… all in all a good hotel which I would go to again !!

The buildings and grounds are absolutely stunning- clearly a lot of effort was put into design. The staff is doing the best they can, but frankly, the fact that this resort constantly is at max capacity obviously burns them out. Food is generally good, however,we all got very sick at some point during the week. There's a strange culture around beach and pool chairs where people leave towels for hours and hours and then get confrontational if someone sits there that I've never seen elsewhere. Additionally, the communication from the resort is poor- no articulation around check in/check out/etc. We had a wonderful time, and a lovely vacation- but would never return to this particular property.

*Elevator to all 5 floors in our section didn't work for the entire week we were there *Advertised to accommodate families but the reality is that most of the restaurants cannot accommodate any more than 4 people seated together *Father had diabetes and the cooler wasn't working for medication. Staff said they would fix it but after two days and no change, they still did not and had to continue to reach out multiple times. *Wifi not present in pool areas and constantly kicks you off depending on where you are in the resort *reception desk does not answer the phone from the room *No water one of our mornings *power outage one afternoon *maintenance workers smoking or just smelling harshly of marijuana outside of our door *spa does not offer a separate locker room/changing room/offer water/or even if need to use the bathroom before entering appointment *staff waits until the end of the day to clean up common areas so the entire day goes with overfilled trash cans, drink cups stacking up at every seat, and bathrooms that need tended to

Awful! Never staying at this resort again. Our room smelled like mold, the food was horrendous. Not one edible meal anywhere. My whole family had diahrea from day one to when we left. Staff is really not polite or helpful. Each day our room got cleaned, they never replaced towels. Imagine heading back to your room to take a shower and you have nothing to dry yourself with. I called the front desk and they hung up one me every time. I waited 2.5 hours for a towel. We used the waterpark for the kids, and the towel hut was literally across the premises, like a mile away. Nothing makes sense location wise. The property is massive with no occupancy anywhere. Everything is extremely far from each other. Will never return here again.
