The pool was full of kids. There was no free adult pool. You had to pay extra for that. Then the property had a power and water outage! The phone inside my room did not work! I was not able to shower or organize my luggage before my departure! It was awful! How do they not have a backup generator! They still charged me full price! Very disappointing!

Lopesan is a huge hotel where you can find alot to do..food options you will have everything, the taste is on point..the main pool is really nice and you have other pools if you want to have a more private moment..staff, umm i wasnt to happy about the service and how professional they were while performing their jobs...rooms, not too happy either, my safe and small fridge were out of service even though i told them and nothing was fixed or transfered to another room..overall i did like the property but alot little things needs to fixed.

Very beautiful grounds. Stunning exterior and interior at all the restaurants and our room as well. French restaurant interior is beautifully decorated. The Boulevard has a lot of options for shoppers. The Bavaro Coffee place has vast selection of coffee, teas, juices, smoothies, sandwiches and baked goods. My 8yo love the water park. I also did few slides. Great place for tons of fun for the whole family. Gold fish buffet by the beach was ok. I personally loved buffet options in am and pm. We didn’t go to the Asian restaurant. Mexican, Italian and French were ok. We loved Mareas. Great seafood Mediterranean dishes.

Went here with family and I must say we loved it! The hotel is well kept... our room was very nice - clean and spacious with a lovely view of the ocean. The property is huge with a ton of activities, restaurants, bars, pools, shopping, theater, bowling, pharmacy, clinic (thanks to the nurse who assisted me tuesday morning 8/26 (I forgot her name) and a lovely waterpark! The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good. I have to give a special shout out to our concierge Oliver De La Cruz who checked in with us daily, ensuring we had everything we needed....especially during the time I got sick (side note...I got sick from outside food on an excursion we had booked prior). I definitely recommend this hotel if you visiting Punta Cana!

Such a beautiful hotel! The food was delicious with lots of variety, and the restaurant service was amazing—everyone was so attentive. The afternoon pool music and entertainment were spot on, fun but not over the top, with a great mix of songs. The water park is awesome for all ages—yes, even us adults had a blast! The only thing I’d change is having towels available at the water park itself since the closest stand is way over by the pool (about a 20-minute walk). Other than that, everything was super convenient. When my teen got sick, the on-site pharmacy had everything we needed, which was a huge relief.
