At check-in, we arrived early but ended up getting our room very late. We waited in line for about two hours just to check in, and then waited another two hours to get our room. The room was nice, but it had no phone, no internet, and no TV.
The trip was specially organized for my niece’s sixteenth birthday, and we had a very bad experience. Despite booking three rooms for our family, they didn’t place us near each other. One of the rooms was located on the opposite side of the resort, which meant we had to walk a great distance to reach the other room. Overall, the celebration was very special for us, but we did not get what we expected from the resort.
Additionally, we tried to arrange some decorations for the table, but the cost for even minimal decorations was around a thousand dollars, which we found ridiculous. In summary, we decided not to spend that much because it just wasn’t worth it.
dditionally, the beach had a lot of boats parked in the area, and the sand was never cleaned. It was full of seaweed everywhere, and during the entire six days we were there, we never got into the water because it wasn’t good. On top of that, the presence of all these boats and the people coming and going made the experience
We also wish that the management and customer service were better because when you pay that much, you expect a certain level of service. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing The resort definitely needs a completely different management approach
